Grantees of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Domestic Violence Prevention Enhancements and Leadership Through Alliances (DELTA) Program and the Enhancing and Making Programs and Outcomes Work to End Rape (EMPOWER) Program were instrumental in the development of this publication.
