Family Events of Texas, Inc.

Our promotions are always delivered on a turnkey basis. From concept development to execution and posting, we provide full service to my many customers. Our goal is to allow you to watch your program execute itself without effecting your time or energies.

Listed below are some examples of promotional activities we have created for our customers.

1) Hill Country Holler- The New Texas Rally with an Old West Twist!- A combination of today’s motorcycle rallies and the Old West of 1872. The show featured a Wild West Show, The Texas Tornadoes, Brian Howe of Bad Company, Asleep at the Wheel and over a dozen other acts. Sponsored by Ford Motor Company, Nationwide Insurance and over 20 other companies.

2) Ja Ga Reggae Fest- The Official Celebration of Jamaica winning its Independence from Britain. This event was produced in only four months and drew over 7,000 to downtown Galveston.

3) The Lone Star Motorcycle Rally- Now in its 16th year this event grew to be the largest AMA Sanctioned Event in America after only four years... The event has smashed all records for Attendance + Growth- 2002 -12,000

The 2004 event was chosen as Motorcycle Event of the Year. It became the AMA National Riders Choice Rally for 2005. In 2005, CBS Television produced a one hour special about the Lone Star Rally. The event has been featured many times on ESPN and almost every major motorcycle magazine.

4) A Celebration of Love- Baytown, Texas- Sponsored by the City of Baytown, Amegy Bank, San Jacinto Methodist Hospital, Community Toyota. A very special benefit concert to celebrate twenty years of service to the community by Love in the Name of Christ Charity.

5) BAY AREA SUMMERFEST 07+08- This unique, family oriented Christian Music Event was named “Best in Baytown” first year out. The event moved to its new home at Bi-Centennial Park in Baytown for the 2008 show.

6) The Tornado Rally in Wichita, Kansas- Sponsored by Big Dog Motorcycles, L.L.C., this first year event exceeded overall projections by 50% in just its first day. The event happened again in 2006 but was cancelled in 2007 because of overwhelming crowds downtown.

7) Mancuso Harley-Davidson Grand Opening- This three day event drew the largest crowd in Harley Davidson history for a store opening. The event featured National bands, motorcycle stunts, displays, food and beverage plus much more.

8) The Coca Cola/ Exxon/ Houston Astros “Win a New Harley Davidson from Republic Harley Davidson Sweepstakes!”- This promotion tied over 90 Exxon stores, the Astros team and ballpark, the Harley Dealership and several media partners to a monster promotion. The program used all forms of media including in park poster giveaways featuring three top players around a Harley.

4) The Legend Homes $50 total Move in promotion- This program was executed on several levels and produced a dramatic increase in leads and closed sales. We are proud to have helped increase home sales from just twenty per month to over 50 per month in our first year of consulting.

9) The Legend Homes Classic Mustang Giveaway- This car giveaway involved a restored 1964 Mustang, A trip for four to Barbados and other prizes all tied to sales in a specific community.

10) The Legend Homes “Home Field Advantage!”- This promotion raffled off a new $150,000 home to through the High School Booster Club to raise Scholarship funds for the school. The promotion tied to a community directly across from the High School.

11) Budweiser- “THE BUDBOAT”- This yearly specialized marketing program was developed to promote safe boating on the lake while still moving increased product sales through area on and off premise retailers. The “BUDBOAT” launches each Saturday in the summer on Lake Conroe to distribute safe boating literature provided by the State Of Texas, free non-alcoholic ODOULS beer for the driver of the boat and a vast array of other premium items and samples. The program is heavily promoted on a country music station.

12) State Fair Foods at the State Fair of Texas- This was a Sponsorship/sampling program designed to introduce and test a new product called “Incredibagels”. It was a huge success. We sampled hundreds of thousands of customers with a 75% approval ratio at the exit survey. As Sponsor of the Wynona Judd Show, Incredibagels received;

a) Signage on the stage at the show.

b) Commercials aired on the State Fair Festival Television system.

c) Tags on radio commercials

d) Logo representation in over one million visitors guides

e) One 10'x20' sampling booth inside the main food pavilion.

f) Hundreds of free tickets for employee benefits

13) The Bristol Meyers Rodeo Round-up- Gave away a new Dodge Pickup during the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. The program involved;

a) Sampling both on and off premise

b) Temporary price reductions

c) Store manager incentives for best displays

d) Live radio in-store appearances

e) Sixty second radio commercials

f) A mail in contest.

Customers could view the pickup at retail appearances and register to win while there or register by mail. The retailers were:

Kroger Auchan Fiesta

Albertson’s Walgreen’s Gerland’s

Randall’s Walmart

14) The KROGER INSTANT KOUNTRY KASH KARD- Utilized by Kroger to drive customers to their stores and back during the Rodeo period. A credit card sized plastic HSL&R Commemorative collectors card was issued at Kroger stores free. This card could then be taken all over town for discounts on Rodeo related items. We used 600,000 cards for the promotion which was heavily promoted on the radio. Along with the card, customers could enter to win a ride in the lead entry in the Rodeo Parade.

15) KIKKOMAN SOY SAUCE- Executed a register to win contest through the mail and live store appearances. We gave away a GRAND PRIZE of a $700 freezer full of food ($500). Runner up prizes of $50 bags of groceries brought hundreds of customers to the store appearances. The runner-up prizes were given away that day at the store.

16) STOUFFER’S- We have executed several programs for Stouffer’s including;

a) Rodeo suite giveaways via radio and live in-store promotions

b) Family trips to Mexico

c) Seaworld family trip vacation giveaways

d) Sponsorship of local family events such as “JUNGLEJAM” at the Houston Zoo.

All involved radio campaigns with live store appearances and sampling.

17) PENNZOIL- Executed their Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Suite Giveaway promotion. Customers registered to win at 56 participating PENNZOIL Dealers. The program also provided dealer incentives such as Rodeo tickets, suites, etc.

18) Kimberly Clarke- Executed a baby derby contest at grocery store and a product sampling program at Fiesta.

19) Paramount Television- The Country Music Fan Jam- This event was held in Dallas for two years and a third time in Fort Worth. The event, a fundraiser for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, staged over 90 top stars per year on a site covering nine square blocks of downtown Dallas. From Billy Ray Cyrus to Ray Price, nearly everybody donated their’ talents to this great cause.

Over one hundred merchants participated annually in the event. Over one million dollars in incremental advertising revenues were generated

by the event for Paramount and hundreds of thousands of dollars were contributed to St. Jude’s. Most food merchants drove their product sales through Kroger, the event’s title sponsor for three years.

20) Paramount Television- The Arsenio Hall Mailer contest- developed and additional $180,000 in advertising revenues

21) Paramount Television/Trendmaker Homes- The Dream Home Sweepstakes- We gave away a $165,000 Trendmaker home, a new Nissan Altima and a trip to Universal Studios and Paramount Studios in Los Angeles. Paramount Television received a 40% return on our direct mail piece, developed over $100,000 in new ad revenue and the station received its best rating book in eleven years.

22) Paramount Television/Incredible Universe- The Incredible Universe of Prizes Contest- The Grand Prize was matching Mercedes Benz E420's with $50,000 in each glove compartment. Besides the cars, we gave away huge prizes nightly for six weeks through Incredible Universe. We doubled the stations yearly ad commitment from Incredible Universe and added over $65,000 in additional sponsor revenues directly tied to the contest.

23) Paramount Television/Minyard’s Grocery Stores/Coca Cola/Holigan Homes- The Great American Dream Home Sweepstakes- We gave away a $135,000 custom built home with a $20,000 custom built swimming pool and a new Jeep in the driveway. We received over 1,000,000 entries, increased Paramount 21's annual commitment from Coca Cola and added over $65,000 in additional ad revenues from other sponsor tie-ins.

Paramount 21 also received market wide exposure in over 80 grocery locations with major point of purchase displays. Coca Cola accomplished the largest product sell through in over 50 years of doing business with Minyard's Grocery Stores.

24) Paramount Television/Hughes Entertainment/AMC Theaters/Mitsubishi Motors- The Dallas Auto Show- Developed the largest media exhibit in the history of the show featuring the Hughes Aircraft Flight Simulator. The promotion netted over $80,000 in sponsor revenue and over $1,000 profit in merchandising sales at the event.

25) Paramount Television/Dallas Stars Hockey Club-- "COACH FOR A DAY" for the Dallas stars Hockey Club- This promotion gave away the chance to sit on the bench and "coach" the Dallas Stars during an actual game in Reunion Arena. This was part of a long series of promotions executed with the Dallas Stars.

26) Paramount Television- THE UNTOUCHABLE GETAWAY- Produced as part of the 1992 Dallas Auto Show, this promotion gave away a part on the hit Paramount series "THE UNTOUCHABLES".

27) Paramount Television- The Fourth of July Fireworks Show live from Los Colinas- This promotion netted over $65,000 in additional revenues from sponsor tie-ins.

28) McKinney Avenue Merchants Association/Paramount Television- The Annual McKinney Avenue St. Patrick's Day Parade live from McKinney Avenue- This live television show and promotion netted over $100,000 in advertising tie-ins and received a 2.7 rating.

29)Paramount Television/City of Euless- “ArborDaze”- This city- wide festival celebrated Arbor Day and grew to win the White House award for the best Arbor Day Celebration in the U.S.

30)Paramount Television/City of Grand Prairie- “RiverFest”- This three- day celebration brought national entertainers and hundreds of thousands of spectators to the largest park in the City.

31) KHFI-Austin/Budweiser- The "GREAT RIVER RAFT RACE"- This event was held in Austin, Texas for nine years and drew over 100,000 people annually.

32) KTFM-San Antonio/P.G.A.- The "PUTT OF GOLD SWEEPSTAKES"- Produced in San Antonio, Texas for Nabisco as part of the PGA Championships in 1988, this event attracted huge crowds and went to over 70 markets.

33) General Mills/Randall’s- Executed the very successful “Meet and Greet Neal McCoy Promotion for the 1998 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. The winners met Neal at the Randall’s luxury suite before the show for pictures.

34) General Mills/ Tom Thumb- Executed the Winston Cup 500 promotion. Consumers won front row seats to the Winston Cup 500 Race. The Cheerios Race Car and spokespersons appeared at several stores for sampling purposes.

35) General Mills/Tom Thumb- Texas Rangers Player appearances at local stores for autograph sessions.

36) General Mills/Texas Rangers (Dallas)/Houston Astros (Houston) Coach for a Day Promotion- A lucky consumer won the opportunity to sit on the bench during batting practice, get pictures taken with the team, receive a team jack and cap plus four choice tickets to the game for their friends and/or family.

37) General Mills/Tom Thumb- "Breakfast in Barbados" Promotion. We developed a Consumer Sweepstakes Giveaway program with built in store level consumer and management incentives. A lucky family of four traveled all expense paid to Barbados with two store directors. Four store employees received Mexican vacations for their participation.

38) General Mills/Fiesta- "Georgio Promotion". Ron Limbock . developed a Grocery and freezer giveaway to promote the live appearance of Hispanic Super Star Georgio at selected Fiesta Stores.

39) The Dr Scholl's/Kwik Kar Chihuaha World Cup at Gulf Greyhound Park- This fun promotion made it all the way to Jay Leno's Show. Live store appearances were coupled with off premise sampling and signage to produce great results.

40) Sam Houston Race Park/ The Summer Concert Series. Developed the sponsorships for the ten concert series.

41) Houston Astros/Coca Cola Harley Davidson Sweepstakes Sponsored by Republic Harley-Davidson – Grand Prize was a new Harley-Davidson Motorcycle. Customers were driven to Coca Cola retail to register along with special discounts and benefits with the baseball team.

42) Produced and managed hundreds of concert attractions including:
