Siege, since slow, moves away before this occurs.The Siege of Ulduar Part 22 Ignis the Furnace MasterStrategyAchievements[MT] grabs Ingis and faces him away from raid. [Melee DPS] stays behind him. [MT] turns him to a different direction each time after he uses Scorch.[OT] grabs Iron Constructs (adds) and tanks them in Scorch areas until they reach 10 stacks of Scorch (becoming molten). [OT] then kites Construct to water pool which turns it Brittle, increasing critical by 50%. Any hit over 5k shatters it. [Ranged DPS] then destroys Brittle Construct due to 20k AoE when killed.Hot PocketSurvive being thrown into Ignis the Furnace Master's Slag Pot on 10-player mode.ShatteredDefeat Ignis the Furnace Master after shattering 2 Iron Constructs within 5 seconds on 10-player mode.Stokin’ the FurnaceDefeat Ignis the Furnace Master in 4 minutes on Normal Difficulty.SLAG POT (HEAL)Grabs a random player, tossing them into the pot on his chest.Deals 3500 fire damage every second for 10 seconds. Must be healed through.SCORCH (TANK/OFF TANK)Burns all enemies in front of Ignis within 30 yards. Ground catches on fire. Iron Constructs in area will begin to heat, eventually turning molten.After each Scorch MT faces him in a new direction. Wait until adds are cleared before firing second harpoon. Add priority: SentinelWatcherGuardianPhase 2 - At 50% health she lands permanently. OT grabs remaining adds. MT grabs her and DPS/heals are off to either side of her or behind her. Melee sets up in circle around XT 10 yards away from one another.Phase 1 – Standard tank and spank. Watch out for bombs on players. Gravity Bomb players go left, Light Bomb go right.Phase 2- at 75% health Phase 2 begins. Heart is exposed and adds begin to show up. Heart should be nuked by DPS as fast as possible, which damages XT. Add priority:Scrapbot – Heals XT-002 for 60k, DPS AoE them. Groups of 5, 7-10 per spawn.Boombot – Explodes for 16k once damaged to 50% to players in range. Nuke by Ranged DPS.Pummeler – low single target damage. OT grabs and kites around room, DPS takes them out last.Hard Mode: Destroy heart when it is exposed. Sttelbreaker and Molgeim are tanked together by MT, Brundir tanked by OT 30+ yards away from other two. One healer on MT, one healer on OT. DPS focused on Stealbreaker. Brundir can be interrupted if tank has interrupts.Phase 1- Down Stealbreaker as quickly as possible with all DPS on him. Damage on other two bosses will be healed once he dies.Phase 2 – DPS switches to Molgeim and kills as quickly as possible. Tanks switch position when Molgeim casts Rune of Power on Brundir so DPS stands in Rune of Power to gain buff. Lightning Whirl must be interrupted for Brundir by OT/healer of OT.Phase 3 – Everyone switches to Brundir. He flies in the air, chasing after the raid with AoE damage to those within 10 yards. Raid should kite him during this time. He is now immune to stuns/interrupts. DPS kills them and if time allows start on the left arm until right arm respawns (after 60 seconds).Anyone targeted by Focused Eyebeams runs to the back of the raid and out the door as far as they need to until it’s gone.4 arms must be killed to defeat the boss.DisarmedDefeat both arms within 12 seconds and then defeat Kologarn.Strategy: Continually kill right arm, get left arm low (~5%) while right arm is down. DK then runs back to the raid and pulls her around the corner. This is to avoid Savage Pounce by the two adds which can quickly kill the tank.DPS/MT focus on one of her cats and burns it down while OT taunts other cat off MT and drags it away (at least 20+ yards). Once first cat is dead, DPS switch to OT’s cat. Once both are down, the raid focuses on Auriaya. MT faces boss towards raid. Ranged remains stacked together at this time with Melee DPS behind her. When she casts Terrifying Screech, everyone must run back to position quickly to prepare for Sonic Screech.A Feral Defender will spawn which the OT will grab, then DPS will focus fire on it. When it is close to dying, OT drags it away from raid so when it dies Seeping Feral Essence (void zone) doesn’t hit the raid. Once Defender is dead all DPS goes back to boss.Nine LivesDefeat the Feral Defender while defeating Auriaya.Strategy: Feral Defender has nine lives buff. Each kill removes one of its stacks. Kill Feral Defender 9 times, then kill Auriaya.Terrifying Screech (Tremor Totem) 5 second fearCan be cancelled by tremor totem. Players need to run back in place once feared.Sonic Screech (Stack)7-8k damage to all enemies in path. Damage split between targets (hence stacking) Players should stack when this is cast to distribute damage as much as possible.Strength of the Pack (OT)30% damage buff for cats within 20 yards of one anotherWe need to separate first two cat adds to nullify this by OT pulling one cat far away from main raid.Seeping Feral Essence (OT)Void zone that occurs when Feral Defender is killedOT drags away near-dead Feral Defender so this zone appears away from raid.The Keepers of Ulduar Part 11 Mimiron | 15 min EnrageStrategyAchievementsPhase 1 (Leviathan MKII) MT grabs Mimiron and faces him away from raid. Melee DPS stays behind, and Ranged spread out around him. When Shock Blast is cast MT should run away from boss then re-engage after it completes. HEAVY HEALS ON MT during this phase.Phase 2 (VX-001 Anti-personnel Assault Canon) This phase is untanked. Ranged stays at a distance and spreads out. Everyone must dodge red targets that appear on the ground or they die. When Spinning Up is cast (have a DPS watch, 4 second cast), everyone must move behind boss.Phase 3 (Aerial Command Unit) Everyone moves into 1/3 of the room marked by lines on floor, far away from bot spawns. One Ranged DPS becomes “Ranged Tank” and picks up boss immediately. MT/OT picks up smaller bots that spawn in room as well as any Bomb Bots that appear. HEAVY HEALS on MT/OT/Ranged Tank during this phase.Assault Bots, once killed, drop electromagnets which must be looted by Melee. They can be placed under Aerial Command Unit to force it to land so melee can damage it. We must have free for all loot on (DBM should do this during this phase for us).Phase 4 (V-07-TR-0N) Combination of all phases prior. MT picks up MKII like in Phase 1. Ranged Tank picks up Aerial Command Unit. VX-001 remains untanked. Hard Mode: Push the big red button behind him. We’ll skip. Not So Friendly FireForce Mimiron to kill an Assault Bot with a Rocket Strike.Strategy: Kite an Assault Bot from phase 3 into phase 4 (no need to damage it, rocket strike will one-shot it). Then drag into cross hairs when rocket strike targets appear on ground in phase 4. Guardian Spirit on kiter can prevent them from dying.Set Us Up the Bomb (Difficult)Defeat? HYPERLINK "" \o "Mimiron" Mimiron?without anyone in the raid being hit by a Proximity Mine, a Rocket Strike or a?Bomb Bot.Note: Not likely to happen.2 FreyaStrategyAchievementsAll “Elders” and adds near her must be killed first, along with adds. If alive, they will banish themselves and buff Freya, setting her to Hard Mode.Freya buffs/heals herself through adds. Each Ancient Conservator who is killed removes 25 stacks of her healing buff (she has 150 at the start making her vulnerable to damage once all stacks are removed.Eonar’s Gift (a tree add) must be killed as it is spawning (10 seconds), or else it heals Freya for 20k hitpoints and all her adds for 30% health. DPS assigned as spotter.Phase 1 - Freya spawns random wave type adds every 60 seconds, which must be killed quickly. Wave Type 1Snaplasher – every attack buffs its damage 10% and reduces its movement speed by 5%, eventually freezing it. Ranged DPS or Melee DPS who are not its current aggro target then kills it.Storm Lasher – casts chain lightning hitting up to 3 people. DPS down fast. Can be stunned/interrupted.Ancient Water Sprit – pushes people back with charge. Should be MT or OT away from raid.Wave Type 2Detonating Lasher – 10 spawned at a time, random aggro pattern (non tankable), AoE for 8k when dead. Slowly kill them with AoE DPS. Raid needs to spread out a bit to minimize damage.Wave Type 3Ancient Conservator – OT grabs and DPS kills. Removes 25 stacks of buffs off boss.Phase 2 – Tank and spank. Everyone moves out of the way for Nature Bombs which do 5-6k damage and blow back people. 10-15 appear at a time.Hard Mode: Leave 1+ of her keepers up. We’ll skip.Con-speed-atoryDefeat Freya within 20 minutes of the first creature you kill in the Conservatory of Life.DeforestationDefeat 2 Ancient Water Spirits, 2 Storm Lashers and 2 Snaplashers within 10 seconds.Getting Back to NatureDefeat Freya while she is affected by 25 stacks of Attuned to NatureLumberjacked (Difficult)Defeat Elder Brightleaf, Elder Ironbranch and Elder Stonebark within 15 seconds of each other.Strategy: Start with Brightleaf, MT kites him back towards entrance and around Ironbranch which OT picks up. Once Brightleaf is down to 10%, DPS switches to Ironbranch. Once he reaches 15% 1 dps/healer/3rd tank run to Stonefist and kite him back. When all 3 down at 10% group AoEs down entire group. The Keepers of Ulduar Part 23 ThorimStrategyAchievementsInitial Mobs – MT picks up group, faces Jormungar away from raid. Kill Dark Rune Acolyte first, AoE rest of mobs down. Thorim is invulnerable. Phase 1Raid splits into two groups. Tunnel team – 1 tank 1 healer, 1-3 Ranged DPS. Runs into hallway that opens up on the left to force Thorim into arena.Arena team –1 tank, 1 healer, 1-3 Melee DPS. Stays in arena to fight. Tunnel TeamKills Dark Rune Acolytes first (healers) then Iron Ring Guards. Once Runic Colossus is reached Charge attack must be dodged. Melee stops DPS when Runic Barrier is charged Two more mob packs are faced then finally an Ancient Rune Giant. Healer stands far away from Giant. Players move away from player afflicted with Rune Detonation (AoE). After Giant is dead team jumps down back into arena and aggs Thorim.Arena TeamTank and spank. Everyone stays away from charged Orbs, at least 25 yards. Warbringers should be MC’d (by Shadow Priest) if possible as they provide a raid-wide buff (+20% melee/spell haste) that unlocks an achievement Stormhammer must be dodged by group.Phase 2Group spreads out and avoids charged orbs surrounding arenas. Thorim casts Unbalancing Strike on one tank that lasts 15 seconds, other tank must then agg Thorim who then passes back to original tank when Unbalancing Strike hits them.Hard Mode: Beat Tunnel phase under 2:45m. Sif will then help Thorim attack the raid, as opposed to disappearing. Thorim also gains +43% health and +67% damage.Don’t Stand in LightningDefeat Thorim without any raid member being struck by Lightning Charge.I’ll Take You All OnDefeat Thorim, the Ancient Rune Giant and the Rune Colossus. Ranged is to stand on fires that spawn near her as it removes Biting Cold and allows them to stay still while casting, along with applying a debuff to Hodir which increases magic damage he takes. It only affects some players – players need to watch if they have it or not. If not they need to continue moving. Release her first after Flash Freeze.MT grabs Hodir while DPS frees all the NPCs. Everyone needs to keep moving as much as possible to avoid Biting Cold stacking. Icicles will drop from ceiling (marked by white targets on the ground) which everyone must avoid. Hodir will cast Flash Freeze every 30-45 seconds, which drops two icicles that create snow drifts. If players stand on snow drifts flash freeze does not affect them. If player gets hit by Flash Freeze icicles they are knocked back 30 yards. Players only have a couple of seconds to get on snow drift mounds. Players will be ice blocked throughout the encounter which must be dispelled/mass dispelled. Anyone caught in flash freeze must be freed as soon as possible.When Hodir casts Frozen Blows (he roars to signify this) huge heals must be given to tank by Tank Healer, while Raid Healer throws out huge AoE heals to raid.Hard Mode: Beat Hodir within 3 minutes. Rare cache is then lootable, otherwise de-spawns.Cheese the FreezeDefeat Hodir without any raid member being hit by Flash Freeze.Getting Cold in HereDefeat Hodir without any raid member having more than 2 stacks of Biting Cold.I Have the Coolest FriendsDefeat Hodir without any friendly NPC dying.Strategy: Heal NPCs.Staying Buffed All Winter LongPossess the effects of Toasty Fire, Storm Power and Starlight at the same time.I Could Say That This Cache Was Rare (Hard Mode)Defeat Hodir before he shatters his cache.Biting Cold (RUN)DoT that stacks on playersPlayers must constantly move to prevent it from stacking.Freeze (Dispel)5.5k-6.5k damage to nearby enemies. Dispel on players affected. Mass Dispel works well. Vanish/Every Man for Himself/Blink/Escape Artist/Druid Form change etc. all work too.Flash Freeze (RUN/DPS)Freezes everyone in ice blocks every 30-45 s.CAN BE AVOIDED BY STANDING ON SNOW MOUNDS CREATED BY ICICLES THAT DROP DURING THIS ABILITY. Players caught in this must be freed fast (has 40k hit points). If hit by this twice in a row you are dead. NPCs must also be freed.Icicles (RUN)Shards fall from ceiling, 12k damage, knockback.Players must dodge (paints white target on ground before falling if Projected Textures is turned on in graphic settings). Creates a “snowdrift” on the ground which players can stand on to prevent Flash Freeze from affecting them. Frozen Blows (HEAL)Adds 31k frost damage to attack, but reduces damage by 70%. Deals 4k damage every 2s to raid. Lasts 20s.Huge MT heals and Raid heals during this time.The Descent Into Madness Part 11 General Vezax| 10 min EnrageStrategyAchievementsNote: BOSS IS NOT TAUNTABLE. AGGRO TABLES MUST BE WATCHED BY DPS/HEALS.Healers ideally stand with Melee within 1 5 yards of boss. At least 4 people must stand 15 yards away from Vezax or Mark of the Faceless will be cast on Melee An aura prevents mana regen during this entire fight, so Ranged DPS must utilize Saronite Vapor drops to regain mana. Ranged should wait until in an energy field drops to DPS boss in order to save mana.Two of the melee must interrupt Searing Flames (2s cast time) when Vezax casts. A Ranged DPS is assigned to kill Saronite Vapor which will float around the room. The boss will have to be moved to Saronite Vapors if they are not near him by the Main Tank, or by using DEATH GRIP on the Saronite Vapors by DK. Healers stand in Saronite Vapors for 6-7 stacks of its debuff, then move out.When Surge of Darkness is cast Main Tank kites boss and stays out of his range to avoid being killed.Hard Mode: Do not make use of Saronite Shards (mana regen) throughout the entire fight. Animus (elemental) with 8 million hit points then spawns after all Shards have spawned (8 in total). Kill him and General Vezax to beat hard mode.ShadowdodgerDefeat General Vezax without anyone being hit by Shadow Crash.I Love The Smell of Saronite In the Morning (Hard Mode)Defeat General Vezax after defeating the Saronite Animus.Mark of the Faceless (HEAL)5k damage per second to enemies around target. DPS’ main priority is Yogg Saron.Every 45 seconds Yogg Saron marks one or more Guardians with Shadow Beacons, and launches missiles at them to buff them.
