Job Title: Enterprise/Channel Sales Support Specialist Department: Sales Reports To: EVP Sales

Opportunity: Currently, OneStream Networks has an opportunity for an Enterprise/Channel Sales Support Specialist. This position is responsible for developing, retaining and growing existing customer relationships and revenue/profits, and for supporting Channel Managers and Sales in new business development pricing, agreements and proposal development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Enterprise/Channel Sales Support responsibilities include but are not limited to:

? Existing customer base and reseller partner account management including overall customer satisfaction, management of pricing requests and fulfillment of orders for adds/moves/changes/deletes. ? Working with VP of Sales and CMO to develop customer and reseller communications strategies and execute on tactics that support customer and reseller education and OneStream differentiation. ? Developing and executing account plans for key customers to identify opportunities to expand relationships and increase OneStream's revenue per customer. ? Proactively manage customer contract renewals and retention/protection of OneStream revenue. ? Organize, execute and report on quarterly account reviews with key customers and all stakeholders. ? Support Channel Managers and Sales with incoming pricing and proposal requests. ? Manage "Price Desk" requests for incoming deal flow from Channel Managers, Agents, Sub-Agents and Resellers. ? Provide comprehensive pricing options via OneStream vendor portals and manual vendor communications to design/price the most cost-effective, high-performance options to fulfill customer requirements. ? Develop pricing proposals and applicable customer documentation and agreements in support of Channel Managers and Sales. ? Document manage and report on all Price Desk activities and adherence to quoting response time standards and minimal margin requirements. ? Adhere to OneStream standards for pricing response times and margin targets. ? Manage custom pricing requests (ICB) via VP of Sales and CMO. ? Evaluate and recommend process modifications based on OneStream vendor changes and pricing/market trends.

? Proven ability to manage multiple projects and requests. ? Prefer 7+ years of previous experience managing and developing customer relationships and managing

pricing/proposal deal flow and inter-departmental communications. ? Strong working knowledge of Channel Development and Sales Enablement. ? Prefer technical knowledge of managed networks (MPLS, IPVPN, Internet) and managed solutions

(cloud PBX, Unified Communications, SIP Trunking, WebEx, cloud IVR/Contact Centers). ? Experience in managing customer accounts and driving customer satisfaction. ? Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. ? Strong financial acumen and ability to adhere to profitability and margin goals/policies. ? Strong Microsoft skills including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint. ? Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
