We will not be able to consider self-employed income in the following circumstances:

• Where income has been negatively impacted by COVID-19 and current income fails our affordability assessment.

• Where the business is not actively trading as a result of COVID-19 or has not recommenced for at a minimum of 3 months at point of application.

• Where there has been a loss in the last 2 years or where the company's net worth has been negative in the last 2 years.

• Where the P&L (where required) shows the business was loss making pre-COVID.
