|The qualifying learner is capable of: |

|Demonstrating a systematic approach to establishing clear procedures, work instructions and quality assurance records that explicitly |

|(and quantitatively) demonstrate correctness and compliance with both the Client’s and Quantity Surveyor’s service-provision objectives. |
