ACTIVITY 1: THE PERFECT EUROPEAN is a humorous poster of European stereotypes. Even these stereotypes are not supposed to be offensive, they do imply an oversimplified generalization in the conception of a group, in this case nationalities.

See the poster and complete the table (Worksheet 3).

Write the nationality next to the flag and write the prejudice behind each of the ironic description of each nationality

ACTIVITY 2: Use a Thesaurus and find a synonym and an antonym for each word (Worksheet 4).

ACTIVITY 3: Not all stereotypes based are so moderately annoying.

Most stereotypes whether based on nationality or other categories are generally very offensive and hurt deeply.

Read the following examples of stereotypes (which are detestable as most stereotypes) and write the category they are degrading:
