Business Objects is an SAP company.PR38_Personal Settings - Default Delivery Address?Overview?Transaction Description:This transaction provides recommended user settings for default values including delivery address.?Penn State?Purpose:This transaction allows users to edit the default delivery address for shopping carts.Process Steps?The Four Step Shopping Process?While shoppers differ in their shopping responsibilities, and the items purchased may vary widely, the shopping process itself remains consistent:?Configure Shop OnLion SettingsSearch for Item AvailabilityCreate Shopping Cart (Lion Marketplace, PSU Contracts, or Free Text)Provide Goods Confirmation upon Receiving Goods?In this simulation, we are on Step 1.?The Default Delivery Address is used to delivery each order unless you change the address in the shopping cart. If the default address is not correct, suppliers will not delivery order accurately. By default, the shopping cart delivery address is a business area level delivery address.?This simulation will demonstrate how a Default Delivery Address for shopping may be set up.?1.?The Personalization button is clicked.2.?The SRM User Settings button is clicked.3.?The Edit button is clicked.On the Position tab, you see master data that is specific to this user, such as organizational assignment and position number, as well as company data shown here as department address (201 Old Main). Department Address details should not be edited.4.?The Attribute?dropdown is clicked.Select Delivery Address* from the Attribute dropdown menu.5.?The Delivery Address*?menu item?is clicked.By default, the shopping cart delivery address is a business area level delivery address. We will now change the address.6.?The Add Line button is clicked.7.?The Possible Values?button is clicked for Value for the new line.Users will now refer to an Excel workbook which connects the search value (SAP Address Number) to Penn State's location code and delivery address details, such as building, street, city, state, and zip code.On the SIMBA website, first navigate to the Training and Resources page.8.?Click the Training & Resources button.Then navigate to the Procurement (Shop OnLion) Resource Page.9.?Click the Procurement (Shop OnLIon) button.Download the Shop On Lion - Delivery Addresses file, then open it in Excel on your computer.10.?Click the Shop OnLIon - Delivery Addresses button.Here we have switched tabs, from Instructions over to Shop OnLion Delivery Addresses, which lists delivery addresses across every campus of the University (over 1,000 in total). Each address-related field or identifier has been isolated into its own column, enabling searching and sorting on that specific data. The Instructions tab clearly and concisely explains what each of these columns means and how to use them in searching.?This page might look a bit overwhelming at first, but a proper use of Excel features changes all that. We recommend that you search for a given delivery address by using the filter features on the column headings. You can quickly get to a short list of results by filtering on building names, cities, and campus abbreviations.Once you have filtered and found the 6-digit number you need for your address, copy it down.For this example we will use address number 424997.11.?424997 is typed into the Search Terms?field.12.?The Search button is clicked.The resulting entry is selected.13.?The Line Selection?button is clicked.Setting the new address as Standard means it will be used in place of the default system address.14.?The?Standard?radio button is clicked.Setting the old address as Deactivate will allow it to be removed. You should only have one delivery address set as your Default Delivery Address.15.?The?Deactivate checkbox is clicked.16.?The?Line Item is clicked.Now that the line item is selected and the deactivate checkbox is selected, the address can be removed.17.?The?Remove Button is clicked.The previous address has been removed. Always check your work before saving.18.?The Check button is clicked.System Status Bar Confirmation:19.?The Save button is clicked.System Status Bar Confirmation:A position-specific (local) default delivery address has now been set.
