Online Dashboard - User Manual

This dashboard has been developed to help you analyze your business coming from online platforms and the client level usage.

The dashboard will focus on reports such as

1) Which clients are self-traders (More than 50% of the trades placed on their own).

2) LIVE data of clients logging in or Traded through the Mobile App

3) No of clients that are trading through exe, mobile & web exclusively.

4) The report of clients that are logging in but not trading.

This will help you to track your active and inactive online clients also the potential prospects for online trading. The platform wise usage tracking will also help you in optimizing your time and resources accordingly.

How to access the Online Dashboard:

Step-1: Login to your EXE Terminal

Step-2: Select the RMS Admin option under REPORTS from the START menu on the top left hand side of the home screen.

Step-3: Select the Online Dashboard link available at the bottom of the screen.

As shown in the figure below, just click over the hyperlink below the numbers for downloading the respective raw data of the clients.

The Overall section gives you insights on active self traders and their platform wise usage (Web, Mobile and EXE)

|Explanation/Logic of each report |

|Total Clients |This gives the figure of the total number of clients mapped to you |

|Active Clients(In Last 90 days) |This gives the number of clients that are active, i.e. done at least one trade in MOSL in the |

| |last 90 DAYS. |

|Inactive Clients |The total number clients that have not done any trade in the last 90 DAYS. |

|Active & Self Traders |The count of active clients that have placed 50% or more of their trades on their own. |

|Active Traders& Self Traders- Traded |The count of active clients that have placed 50% or more of their trades on their own and |

|through Web only |executed the same through WEB Platform only. (These clients can be easily pushed to trade |

| |through mobile platform) |

|Active Traders & Self Traders- Traded |The count of active clients that have placed 50% or more of their trades on their own and |

|through exe only |executed the same through EXE Platform only. |

|Active Traders & Self Traders- Traded |The count of active clients that have placed 50% or more of their trades on their own and |

|through exe & web only |executed the same through WEB as well AS EXE Platform only. |

The Mobile section only gives you insights on clients regularly trading through Mobile app. Count available in all three Todays, Month till date(MTD) &Year till Date(YTD)

|No of Logged in users |The number of clients that have logged in today, in the month and in this financial year. |

|No of Traded Users |The number of users that have traded through mobile app today, in the month and in this |

| |financial year. |

|Logged in last month but not in current |The users that had logged in the mobile app last month but not logged in this month |

|Logged in current month but not traded |The Clients that have logged in this month but did not place any trade through the app. |

RAW DATA Format -

It can also be downloaded to EXCEL, by clicking the download data link shown on the top left side.

This report will give client by client details of active/inactive, self traders/log in/traded across all online platforms as well as the Mobile App exclusively.

EOD Report received by EMAIL:

Every morning the branch/franchisee owner as per mapping of the BAcode in Back office system will receive the previous days report via email to. The Report would consist of additional attributes apart from that provided in the portal as well as the report, namely:

1) Total MTD Turnover

2) Equity Gross Brokerage

3) Commodity Gross Brokerage

4) Currency Gross Brokerage

5) Mobile TO % Total (MTD)

6) Mobile Gross Brokerage % Total(MTD)

The report downloaded will be in the .csv file. To convert it into the Excel format following steps are to be taken:

Step-1: Select the first column and click on Data and chose Text to column converter option

Select the delimited button in the checkbox above.

Step-3: Select comma as a separator and click on next and then finish.
