Office 365/Exchange Online SetupIn order for Think 365 and Office 365 to work together, you will need to perform the following steps, in the order listed, in order to make sure that Lync Online will not interfere with Think 365.NOTE: if you’re currently using Lync Online for any of your users, this step will impact their service. In this case, this step should only be performed as part of an overall migration of Lync to Think 365.Set domain purposeIf you have not already done so, you will need to add your domain to Office 365 in order to be able to use it with Exchange Online. When adding your domain, be sure that Lync Online is unchecked in the set domain purpose screen.If your domain is already setup, go to the domains page and click ‘Active’ in the status column for your domain and make sure that Lync Online is unchecked in the set domain purpose screen.0000Set user licensesIf you have not already done so, you will need to create an E3 or E4 user for each user you want to enable for Think 365. When adding your users, be sure that Lync Online is unchecked in the licenses screen.If your user is already setup, go to the users and groups page and click the name in the display name column for each user you want to enable for Think 365 and make sure that Lync Online is unchecked in the licenses screen.You can also bulk edit users by selecting each user using the checkbox to the left of their display name and then clicking on the pencil icon that appears on the right hand side of the screen.NOTE: for E3 users you must ensure Lync Online (plan 2) is unchecked, and for E4 users you must ensure Lync Online (plan 2) and Lync Online (plan 3) is unchecked.Setup Exchange Online UM Dial PlanIn order to setup voicemail for Voice/E4 users, you will need to create a UM Dial Plan in Exchange Online and then UM enable the email box of all users who require voicemail.The UM Dial Plan should be setup with a Dial Plan Type of 'SIP URI' and a number of digits appropriate for your organization.-680720-65024000Setup Exchange Online UM Dial PlanIf you'd like, you can also accomplish the same step using PowerShell.
