4. Client Relationships/Interpersonal Skills:

Describe the requirement for the application of various interpersonal skills such as negotiating, liaising, and influencing, specifically with external bodies to achieve the program mandate. Who are the contacts? Provide examples of when persuasion, strategy, sensitivity and judgment are required as well as the availability of legislation, policies, etc. to enforce compliance.
