EXTERIOR PAINT POLICY

The exterior of the Home must be painted only with the pre-approved color schemes for the community.

The Colors are made by: Marjam Supply Company:

There are 5 color schemes you can pick from. Please find attached the list of the approved colors for the body of your home, the trim, front door and garage door.

The garage door must have a faux finish done by a professional painter. Faux is a multi-layer of paint consisting of 3 to 4 colors of paint. Examples are on the website.

If you do not faux paint the garage door the door must be the same color as the body of the house.

The front door must also be faux painted. The process of faux painting is to make the metal door look like wood.

If you do not faux paint the front door it can only be the color of the body the trim or the band color.

The shutters must be an approved color. They are.

They must go with the color scheme you picked for your home.

Painting the garage door a solid color such as brown, light brown reddish brown is prohibited.

We only recommend Marjam paint because other paint companies cannot match correctly.
