Enjoy talking to people, want to work at an airport and looking to earn some extra cash?

The Lee County Port Authority is seeking outgoing customer service individuals to assist passengers at Southwest Florida International Airport security checkpoints

Customer Service Ambassadors will:

? Direct passengers to the appropriate security checkpoint line; ? Maintain line management during peak hours; ? Answer customer-related questions related to the security checkpoint, airport and airline

operations.

This position is a temporary, seasonal job until the end of April, paying $12.50/hour. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, ability to multi-task and work in a high-stress environment, as well as the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Classroom and on-the-job training will be provided. A high school diploma or GED is required and a valid Florida driver's license. Experience in aviation or customer service experience is preferred, but your passion for people is key!
