We see a car drive into a driveway, the garage opens, the car drives in and the garage shuts.
CUT TO:
INT. Living Room
We see four teens walk in laughing. They all sit down, and begin talking some more.
Kayla
Oh My God! You guys that party was razor!
Jack
True!
Rebecca
That guy was so lame! Kayla, remember when he was like “Are your parents retarded?”
Kayla
OH GOD!
Rebecca and Kayla
Cause you seem like a really special girl!
The teens burst into laughter and settle down soon enough.
Jack
Yo Brett, what time do we need to head outta here?
Brett
If you wanna stay you can. My parents are gone till Sunday.
Jack
Sweet.
Kayla
You know what that means…
Jack
Actually…I don’t…
Kayla
(Laughs)
Prank Calls, I mean we can’t get caught now can we?
Rebecca
Kayla, are you nuts? It’s Friday Night, nobody’s home.
Kayla
Rebecca, it’s called a phone book.
Brett
And what do you wanna do just throw darts at it and hope we get a good number?
Kayla
If we have to.
Jack
I’m in.
Kayla
Great. You two?
Brett and Rebecca look at each other.
Brett
Fine.
Kayla
Becca…?
Rebecca
Whatever.
Kayla
Cool. Brett, you wanna grab the phone book?
Brett
Sure.
Brett exits and comes back in with the Phone Book in hand. He hands it to Kayla and Kayla picks up the phone she flips to a random page in the phone book and runs her finger down the list, she stops and points at the number, she puts the phone to her ear then begins to dial the number when suddenly Jack stops her.
Jack
Wait!
Kayla
Jesus Jack, what!
Kayla slams her hand on the “Hang Up” button.
Jack
What are you gonna say! We can’t just call up and breath they’ll hang up.
Kayla
Think of something.
Jack
Like?
Kayla
I don’t know, something…threatening…
Rebecca
That doesn’t give us a wide variety of choices…
Brett
How about…I Saw What You Did…
Rebecca
What if they didn’t do anything?
Brett
That’s the point, WE know what they “Did” but they don’t…
Kayla
I like it.
Jack
Do it.
Kayla picks up the phone and dials a few numbers. Kayla puts her finger to her mouth to hush them up.
Kayla
(Threatening)
I Saw What You Did…
CUT TO:
INT. House – Dusk
We see a girl fall to the ground, she’s screaming and bleeding from her cheek.
CUT TO:
INT. Brett’s House – Living Room
POV KAYLA’S FINGER PRESSING A BUTTON
CUT TO:
INT. House
The girl is now on her back, crawling up against the wall, screaming.
CUT TO:
INT. Brett’s House – Living Room

POV PHONE GOING TOWARDS KAYLA’S EAR

The girl screams one last final scream; we see the knife covered in blood.
POV PHONE
The phone is ringing.
CUT TO:
INT. Brett’s House – Living Room
The teens are giggling, Kayla hushes them.
CUT TO:
INT. House
A gloved hand picks up the phone.
Man
(Deep Voice)
Hello?
INT. Brett’s House
Kayla
(Threatening)
I Saw What You Did…
INT. House
Man
(Deep Voice, Curious)
What?
INT. Brett’s House
Kayla
(Threatening)
You Heard Me…I Know Who You Are…
Kayla hangs up the phone, and the teens erupt into a fit of laughter.
Jack
I didn’t think you’d hold it out for that long!
INT. House
We see the gloves hands dialing *69.
INT. Brett’s House
The teens are still laughing, and in the background of their laughter we can hear the faintest sound of the phone ringing, suddenly Kayla’s laughter disappears and everyone looks at her.
Rebecca
Kayla? Kayla, what’s wrong?
Kayla is staring at the phone as it still rings.
Kayla
I didn’t press Star-Six-Seven…
Brett
Well answer it, it could be my mom!
Kayla, hesitant at first places the phone to her ear.
Kayla
(Stuttering)
He…hello?
CUT TO
INT. House
The gloved hand places the phone back on the receiver.
INT. Brett’s House
Kayla hangs up the phone, astonished.
Jack
Who was it?
Kayla
They hung up…
INT. House
The hand presses Zero.
INT. Brett’s House
The teens all sit there, dumbfounded.
Kayla
Who do you think it was?
INT. House
Man
Hello Operator, can I get the address to the number…
INT. Brett’s House – Living Room
The teens are now freaking out, scared out of their minds.
Kayla
Should we call back?
Brett
No!
Kayla
Why not?
Brett
We don’t want to cause anymore trouble.
Rebecca
You guys are going ballistic over nothing. It was probably just one of our friends getting back at us.
Kayla
What if it’s not!
Rebecca
And what if it is!
Jack
You guys! Just stop!
Brett
Jack’s right, we just need to chill. We don’t need to freak out over this.
Jack
Why are we afraid in the first place? I mean can you imagine what those people felt like when we called them? So what’s the big deal!
Kayla
The big deal Jack! Is that I didn’t press Star-Six-Seven, they called back, they have Brett’s number, they can give that to the Operator and find out where he lives! This guy could go on the Internet and find out EVERYTHING about Brett. Don’t you see what we’ve?
Everyone stares at Kayla.
Kayla
We’ve put Brett’s life on the line…
Brett
(Sarcastic)
Thank you, really. Let’s throw a little more comfort my way! It’s bad enough this guy knows our number; I don’t need you Kayla putting crap into my head!
Kayla

Brett
Yea well stop.
Rebecca
God I wish you would just shut up! Just shut up!
Rebecca takes a deep breath, and then gets up.
Rebecca
I can’t take this anymore.
Rebecca starts for the door.
Kayla
Where you going?
Rebecca
Home, I’m not dealing with this.
Kayla
Rebecca wait!
It’s to late; the door slams leaving the three left alone.
EXT. House
Rebecca starts walking out of the driveway.
EXT. Streets
Rebecca is walking up the road, she looks back at the house and suddenly she hears footsteps. She looks around, scared.
POV STREET
We see a beam of light whisking through the air.
POV REBECCA
Rebecca’s expression turns to fright, she turns and runs back to the house.
INT. Woods
KILLER’S POV
We see Rebecca running away
EXT. Brett’s House – Front Door
Rebecca comes running up the pathway and runs up the stairs, she begins pounding on the door.
INT. Brett’s House
The three teens get up and walk to the door, they hear the cries of Rebecca. Brett walks down the stairs to the door and opens it, letting Rebecca in, she flies in shuts the door, and puts her back to it.
Jack
Jesus Becca, what happened to you?
Rebecca
He’s out there.
Brett
Who?
Rebecca
Him, the guy we called!
Rebecca bolts up the stairs and sits down at the Kitchen Counter.
INT. Kitchen
The teens all crowd around her.
Kayla
That’s not funny.
Rebecca
I’m not trying to be funny!
Jack
Stop. Becca, who exactly did you see?
Rebecca
I saw a guy in all black creeping around with a flashlight.
Brett
Oh that’s not scary. It was probably Mr. Riddle; he always walks his dog around this time.
Rebecca
He didn’t have a dog.
Brett
Maybe he was on a walk.
Rebecca
No! You guys, it was the guy we called. He’s out for us.
Jack
Rebecca, you’re paranoid.
Rebecca laughs a small laugh and gets up and walks to the big picture window, she looks out and ducks down to the floor.
Kayla
Rebecca…
Rebecca
Get down!
POV OUT WINDOW
We see a man in all black staring up at the house
Jack looks up and gasps, Rebecca pulls him down as fast as he got up.
Jack
Who is that?!
Rebecca
It’s him.
Jack
Him? Who is him!
Rebecca
The guy we called, I told you he was out for us.
Kayla
Rebecca’s right…I mean we called him, he sounded worried about what I said, he obviously did something, then he called back, he found Brett’s address and now he’s after us!
Brett
Stop worrying.
Brett looks out the window, the rest get up.
Brett
Besides he’s gone.
Suddenly the doorbell chimes, and everyone gasps.
Jack
Wanna rephrase that?
Brett
This is dumb.
Brett gets up and walks to the door, he opens it
Brett
(O.S)
No, everything’s fine. Sorry about that. Thank You.
Brett returns to the living room, smiling.
Kayla
Don’t say anything.
Brett
I told you.
Kayla
Please. You were scared.
Brett
Oh…very…
Rebecca
I can’t believe I was spazzing over that…
Brett
Well, now that that’s over, I’m getting something to eat.
Kayla
Yea, same here.
The teens get up and head to the kitchen.
INT. Kitchen
Kayla, Jack and Rebecca all sit behind the counter while Brett begins going through Cabinets and the Fridge. Brett turns around to see everyone staring at him.
Brett
What?
Kayla
Nothing.
Brett
What’s everyone staring at me for then?
Kayla
No reason.
Brett
All right…
Kayla
So, what do you got?
Brett
What do you want?
Rebecca
Salad.
Brett
(To Jack and Kayla)
What about you two?
Jack
Water.
Kayla
Kudos.
Brett goes into the fridge and takes out the bag of uncut Salad, the Container of Water and shuts the fridge door, he then walks to the Cabinet and takes out two Kudos Bars, he slides it across the table and then unwraps his. He takes a bite.
Brett
So what now?
Rebecca gets up and walks over to get the cutting board to begin to cut the salad; Brett takes out a fairly large knife and hands it to her.
Rebecca
I don’t know…kinda tired…
Kayla
You can’t be serious.
Rebecca
Well…
Jack
Becca it’s like eight.
Rebecca
Well, what do YOU guys wanna do?
Jack and Kayla shrug their shoulders in unknowingness.
Brett
Rebecca’s right, I’m kinda tired too…I think we should just eat, get changed and go to bed…I mean, with what Rebecca put us through tonight…
Rebecca playfully shoves Brett, as everyone giggles.
Jack
(Laughing)
I’ll go get changed.
Brett
You left your pajama’s here before, they should be in the car, I was gonna give them back today.
Jack
Car keys.
Brett takes them off the table and tosses them to Jack, he catches them and walks out the Garage Door.
Brett
(To Kayla and Rebecca)
I’ll get some Pajama’s for you guys.
Rebecca continues making her salad as Brett walks away and Kayla continues munching on her Granola Bar.
EXT. House – Driveway
The Garage Door opens up to reveal Jack, he walks out under the opening Garage Door, he walks over to the car and goes to the Driver’s Side door, he unlocks it, opens it and crawls in, he begins looking from the front seat for his clothes, when suddenly from behind him a figure dressed in all black walks right by him, not making a sound, as the figure exits the frame Jack begins to crawl out from behind with his clothes, he shuts the door and we follow him over to the Garage, Jack hits the Garage Door Button and we watch as his body slowly is covered by the door.
INT. Brett’s House – Kitchen
Jack enters through the door to see Rebecca now eating her salad and talking with Kayla. Suddenly Brett enters with pajamas for the girls. He tosses them onto the table; the girls grab them and walk away. Brett takes Rebecca’s Salad Bowl and puts it in the sink, he leaves the Cutting Board and Knife out however, missing them. Brett and Jack walk away.
POV Door
We see a figure appear in the Glass Window, perfectly seen. We go from looking at him to passing over to the knife, which is still out.
INT. Living Room
The teens enter in their Pajama’s; Brett has a movie in his hand he walks over to the DVD player.
Kayla
What’s that?
Brett
You’ll see.
The sound comes up, and the teens are then glued to the TV. We pan through the Living Room to the Kitchen to see The Killer picking up the knife.
INT. Living Room
From behind the teens the Killer walks by, down the hallway, almost as if he were waiting for them to fall asleep.
EXT. House – Establishing
EXT. House – Street – Establishing
Everything is silent and peaceful, the streetlights are on, the roads are deserted, and the neighborhood could be mistaken for dead if it weren’t for the low buzz of cars from the highway close by.
INT. Brett’s House – Living Room
The teens are now asleep, and the TV is still running. Suddenly Brett begins to wake up, he lazily walks over to the TV and shuts it off, suddenly there’s a loud noise from within the house, Brett whips around looking towards the Hallway.
Brett
Mom…dad that you?
Another Noise. Brett rushes to Kayla and Jack who are lying sloppily feet to head on the long couch. Brett begins to shake Kayla; she slowly begins to wake up.
Kayla
(Tired)
What?
Brett
(Whisper)
Shh, I think somebody’s in the house…
Kayla’s eyes whip open, and she looks around.
Kayla
(Whisper)
Where?
Brett
(Whisper)
I don’t know, I heard some noises coming from down the hall…
Kayla begins to shake Jack to wake him up, Jack slowly tosses and turns and wakes up.
Jack
(Tired)
What’s the hell…!
Kayla
(Whisper)
Shh! Someone’s in the house.
Jack’s eyes widen in fear, he looks around. Rebecca is already awake, the four teens all crowd around on the large couch.
Rebecca
(Whisper)
Who is it!
Brett
(Whisper)
I don’t know! I thought it was my parents, but nobody answered me.
Jack
(Whisper)
We have to leave…NOW!
Kayla
(Whisper)
No, what if it’s his brother or something, how retarded are we gonna look running from the house like losers!
Kayla looks around.
Kayla
(Whisper)
I say we look around.
Jack
(Whisper)
What are you high! What if it isn’t his brother! Then what? Just hope we don’t get slaughtered?
Kayla
(Whisper)
You wanna run, run, I’m checking around.
Kayla begins to walk off, Jack catches up with her, they begin to walk away. Rebecca and Brett walk off to look around.
INT. Bedroom
Kayla and Jack look around, nobody in the room. They begin to exit when suddenly they slam into Rebecca. The teens gasp in Horror.
Jack
(Whisper)
Where’d Brett go?
Rebecca
(Whisper)
I followed him down this hall thenI just lost him. I don’t know what happened.
Jack
(Whisper)
Jesus Rebecca.
Kayla
This is ridiculous. You know, Brett probably made this whole thing up, just to scare us.
Jack
What do you mean?
Kayla
Oh please Jack, scary sounds only Brett hears after a night of relentless scary calls, seeing someone come to the door, it’s typical Horror Movie stuff, and you know Brett. This is his idea of funny.
Rebecca
What are we gonna do?
Kayla
Watch.
Kayla exits the room.
INT. Hallway
Near the Garage Door we see a Figure standing there, staring. Kayla walks past the Camera and down the hallway. She stops and stares at him.
INT. Kitchen
Kayla has her hands on her hips, she looks pretty ticked.
Kayla
You’re a class act Brett. You know that?
The Killer is silent and motionless.
Kayla
Drop the act. It’s old.
Kayla begins to walk towards him, he walks towards her. Kayla stops and the Killer stops. She stares at him. Now Jack and Rebecca enter the hallway.
Kayla
God…take that stupid mask…
Kayla begins reaching up in the middle of her sentence, before she can finish it; the Killer grabs her arm and pushes her against the wall. Kayla looks confused by this.
Killer
NOW YOU DIE.
INT. Hallway
Rebecca and Jack stand in the hallway, watching, suddenly Brett appears.
Brett
Nothing.
Jack and Rebecca look scared out of their mind.
Brett
What?
INT. Kitchen
Kayla, still pinned against a wall is standing there. Suddenly the Killer brings the knife up to her neck.
Jack
Run! Get away from him!
Kayla looks down the hall to see Brett at the other end. The Killer slices a small line across the side of her neck and a line of crimson appears. The Killer brings back the knife.
Jack
Run!
Kayla ducks and begins to run, the Killer slashes the knife and Kayla ducks again, Jack grabs her arm and the four teens run into the bedroom.
INT. Bedroom
The teens are freaking out, breathing heavy after their friends near death experience.
Rebecca
God, what are we gonna do!
Kayla picks up a baseball bat.
Kayla
Let’s get this son of a…
As she’s about to finish her sentence, a loud rap is heard at the door. The four scream.
Jack
(Whisper)
When he opens that door, Kayla, you nail him with the bat, then we bolt. Clear?
Kayla
Crystal.
The four teens hide, Kayla is up against a wall, suddenly the door opens, and the Killer enters, he comes into Kayla’s view and she whales him with the bat, he buckles over and Kayla nails him again, and again, until he finally hits the ground. Kayla runs, as do the others.
EXT. House – Driveway
The teens all run out to the Driveway, and begin running away. Suddenly Brett trips and falls to the ground, as he does this the Garage Door opens behind him. He slowly begins to get up, when suddenly the Killer begins to walk out.
POV OTHER TEENS
They turn around to see Brett on the ground.
Rebecca
Brett, get up!
Brett looks up, but it’s to late the Killer grabs Brett.
Kayla
Run!
Brett elbows the Killer and runs the other way, around the back of the house. The Killer follows.
Kayla grabs Rebecca’s arm.
Kayla
Come on, he is never gonna make it!
Rebecca
Let go of me!
Rebecca starts after him, Jack and Kayla follow.
EXT. House – Backyard
Brett tries the back Garage Door, but it’s locked. He begins to run around to the other side of the house, he climbs up onto the Chimney and stands tall, overlooking most of the backyard.
EXT. House – Backyard – Pool
The Killer stands in the shadows, the other teen’s look around.
EXT. House – Chimney
Brett closes his eyes in frustration at the sound of his name being called and him not being able to do anything.
EXT. House – Backyard
The teens still look around for Brett. Calling his name.
EXT. House – Chimney
A gloved hand creeps up next to Brett’s leg. The hand grabs his leg, and Brett gasps, but has no time to scream, the Killer rips him off the chimney and tosses him to the ground, Brett is dazed, and suddenly the Killer raises the knife.
Brett
God you SICK FREAK!
The knife goes down and we CUT TO
EXT. House – Backyard
The teens continue walking around when suddenly Rebecca stops, her face crunches up in bewilderment and begins walking towards what she sees. She rounds the corner and covers her mouth in fright, she screams a muffled cry. Jack and Kayla run over and turn away just as fast. We see Brett, covered in blood, not breathing.
Rebecca
No! Oh God. What are we gonna do!
Jack
Run, we need to leave now.
The teens run around Brett’s body, and over the small wall, Rebecca jumps down right into the Killer’s arms. She screams in fright and kicks him, he buckles over and she runs.
INT. Garage
She runs to the open Garage and climbs into the car, she slams the door shut.
EXT. House – Driveway
Kayla and Jack stand watching the Killer walk after the Garage. They try and distract him.
Kayla
Hey! Hey you! Come and get us!
The Killer pays no attention and continues walking towards the garage. The teens see he’s not stopping and start running towards the door, but they’re too slow the Killer shuts the garage door and they get there to late to stop it.
Kayla
Around back!
INT. Garage – Car
Rebecca sits crying in the car, sobbing silently. The car begins to rock, and Rebecca begins freaking out, the Killer tries opening all doors, but are locked. He slams his fists against the window, and walks into the house. Rebecca takes the chance and begins to maneuver herself out of the car, she opens the door and steps out slowly and quietly. She doesn’t bother to shut the door and goes to the back door, she sees her friends appear in the window and her eyes widen.
Jack
Unlock the door!
Rebecca walks to the door and grabs the doorknob when suddenly the door slams shut from above, she looks to the window gives a look of fear, she ducks down behind the car and watches the Killers feet move from below, the Killer looks around and begins to go around towards Rebecca’s side, Rebecca slides under the car, and rushes to the door, she unlocks it and opens it, but it’s slammed shut, she looks back and the Killer has his hand on the door. Rebecca is scared, she backs against the door. The Killer takes out the knife, and Rebecca knees the Killer. She takes the chance, runs to the Garage Door opener and hits it, the garage begins to open, the Killer tackles her, and she falls to the ground. The Killer takes the knife and runs it across her neck, she squirms and the knife is raised, suddenly a voice calls out.
Jack
Hey!
The Killer looks up.
Jack
Yea, I’m talking to you. Let’s go. Come on, you have NOTHING against us, we’ll slaughter you.
The Killer gets up and walks towards Jack.
Jack
Let’s go.
Rebecca gets up with help from Kayla, the Killer still close enough between Jack and Rebecca. The Killer raises his knife, and turns and slams it into Rebecca’s abdomen! She screams in pain, and he rips the knife out and slashes Jack’s side. He falls to the ground in pain, but gets up, Rebecca falls, coughing up blood; she falls to the ground and dies. Kayla helps Jack along, they run down the driveway, the Killer chases after them, Jack turns around and the Killer slams his arm into Jack, tossing him over the fence. Jack falls to the ground, and Kayla looks on in fright. The Killer steps towards Kayla, and she backs off, she picks up a large rock, and hits the Killer in the head with it, he stumbles back, but recovers, he comes towards her again, and this time Kayla kicks him down, Kayla jumps over him, helps Jack up and they run back to the house. Kayla locks the door and they bolt upstairs into the Kitchen.
INT. Kitchen
Kayla pulls out a large Kitchen Knife and holds it firmly, they look around and suddenly the silhouette of the Killer is seen on the deck behind the curtains. The two stumble back and quickly get up.
Jack
The storm door! In the basement!
The two run down the stairs and the silhouette of the Killer on the deck leaves too.
INT. Basement
The two stand, scared. They hear a door slam, and jump.
Jack
Is there another door down here?
Kayla
I don’t know…
Jack
(Whisper)
Wait, wait, wait…
Footsteps are heard.
Kayla
What?
Jack
There’s someone in the hall.
Suddenly the door they came in swings open, revealing the Killer! The two look and scream, Jack kicks the Killer and swings him away, the two teens run up the stairs, they run up to the front door and try and open it, but it’s locked. To late, the Killer is already coming up the stairs, the two run to the Kitchen and try the Garage Door.
INT. Kitchen
The door is locked, also to late; the Killer’s coming again. They run to the Dining Room and hide behind the table; it’s like a cat and mouse game as the Killer goes one way and the teens go the other, Jack unlocks the sliding glass door, pulls back the curtains and bolts.
Jack
Kayla! Come on!
Jack grabs Kayla’s hand and Jack jumps over the deck (Too many things blocking the stairway) Kayla stays behind, scared. Jack gets up.
Jack
Come on!
The Killer comes out and Kayla punches the Killer and runs inside. The Killer goes to go after her, but sees Jack. He climbs over the railing, and jumps down. Jack gets up and runs. The Killer hot on his trail, Jack turns around to the side of the house and bolts towards the driveway, holding his side which is still bleeding, Jack jumps up the stairs to the door and slams his fist on it, The Killer comes up behind him and pulls him down, he falls to the grass.
INT. House
Kayla is wondering whether or not to answer the door.
Kayla
Jack, Jack is that you!?
EXT. House – Front Yard
Jack is crawling back against the grass, holding his side. The Killer slashes the knife at Jack, causing him to stumble. Suddenly the door opens, and Kayla screams.
Kayla
Jack!
The Killer looks back, and Jack pays no attention to her, he kicks the Killer and goes to run, The Killer slashes at Jack’s ankles disabling him and causing him to fly in the air, he turns over wincing in pain. The Killer raises his knife, kicks Jack onto his stomach steps on his back and begins stabbing the knife into him, over and over and over. Jack soon stops moving.
EXT. House – Front Door
Kayla watches her mouth gaping open in horror. She doesn’t have anything to say, she’s speechless. She’s filled with so much rage that she leaps off the stairs and runs after the Killer, she tackles him to the ground and punches him across the face, she goes to do it again, but the Killer slashes her arm, she screams and punches him again with the other arm, he slashes that one to, she falls over kicking at the Killer over and over, she gets up, blood running down her arms, she runs around to the side of the house, jumping over Brett’s body, she slides on the blood soaked grass, and is covered in blood. She quickly gets up, and looks back only to be hit with something hard.
CUT TO:
INT. Bathroom
The bathroom has fogged up, Kayla begins to wake up, her blood has dried onto her skin, she coughs a few times then looks around on the floor, she gets to her feet and looks at the mirror to see that it reads:

Kayla gasps and from behind her the Killer rises up from the bathtub. He grabs her from behind and we…
CUT TO BLACK:
On the sound of her screaming.
