Due to several system changes, the 2021 Benefit Open Enrollment period is scheduled from:November 1st through November 25thThough many of you had used the online Vista Benefit Portal in the past to select your benefit plans, that system is no longer available for use by the Iowa Conference. The HR/Benefit team has been transitioning participant information from the Vista Benefit Portal to the new system, ADP Workforce Now.All benefit participants will be required to register as a new user in ADP Workforce Now and complete the open enrollment process. Instructions for registration and the benefit selection process will be released on November 1st via a Conference HR email and published on the Human Resources page of the Conference website. HSA Changes—First American BankFirst American Bank, the bank that holds and administers our individual health savings accounts, has recently made some changes requiring new account access and the distribution of new HSA debit cards. All participants were sent a message mid-September via your email on file with First American Bank outlining the changes and the process for viewing your account transactions. The HR/Benefit team was not notified in advance of these changes, so we are sharing the email sent to our HSA participants. If you have not yet registered through the new First American Bank system, or if you do not recall receiving the First American Bank email, please follow the instructions below to setup your online account. Our Health Account Services Consumer Portal, FAB Health mobile app and Debit Card can now be used to access your account.Our Health Account Services team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have.
