FAFSA????????

We encourage all Mount Tabor senior families to file the…

Free Application for Federal Student Aid at fafsa..

Families should file the FAFSA even if the priority deadline has passed. Community Colleges do not set FAFSA filing deadlines.

You will find the following information at the Winston-Salem Foundation web site at . Click on Students and How to Apply. The application process opens on January 1, 2015. April 1, 2015 is the deadline for most merit-based scholarships. August 15, 2015 is the deadline for other financial need-based resources.

COMMON APPLICATION PROCESS

You can apply for many student aid opportunities through our Common Application process.  Our online application system will automatically identify those scholarship opportunities for which you appear to be eligible based on information you enter in the "Basic Information and Qualifying Criteria" section of the application.

After you initially register with us, the Common Application process requires the following:

• completion of the "Basic Information and Qualifying Criteria" section

• completion of all other sections of the application

• submission of the application by clicking these two buttons from the application menu page:

o "Submit Completed Application"

o "Yes, please submit my application"

OTHER SCHOLARSHIPS:  APPLICATION PROCESS

Note: There are many other scholarships that are selected outside of the Foundation's online common application process.

Be sure to review the Other Scholarships list for information on Foundation scholarships with separate application procedures. You must contact each scholarship committee or guidance office individually to inquire as to their specific application process and deadlines.

Note that scholarships that are managed by the Winston-Salem Foundation exclusively for Mount Tabor students are highlighted below.
