EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION
This is to advise you of your classification under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended. Employees fall into two categories under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

| | 7:00 AM Sunday to 7:00 AM Sunday |
Non-exempt employees are not to work in excess of forty (40) hours during any given work week unless specifically authorized to do so, in advance, by your supervisor.

NOTE:
Exempt employees will average at least forty (40) hours per week over a three (3) month period.

It is your responsibility to keep your time accurately. Failure to keep your time accurately, unauthorized overtime, compensatory time, making false statements of time worked, signing in and out for another employee will result in disciplinary action which may include suspension and/or dismissal.
