The HCRA by JobFitSolutions is a behavioral-based fit assessment that provides objective information to determine if individuals are a good fit for the healthcare industry. The assessment compares a candidate's behavioral aptitude with thousands of top-performing healthcare workers to identify strengths and potential areas of concern. Each candidate is assigned an Overall Fit score ranging between 0-10. A score of 4.0 or higher is required to be eligible for the STLCC Patient Care Technician or Medical Assistant training program.
