RD Apply is an easy-to-use, intuitive online application system for the Water and Waste Loans

and Grants Program. The Water and Waste Loans and Grants Program provides financial assistance for the construction or improvement of water, sanitary sewer, solid waste disposal, and storm wastewater drainage systems.

Applicant Eligibility

The applicant organization must be a Public Body, Not-for-Profit, or Federally-Recognized Tribe. Facilities must be located in a city, town, or unincorporated area with a population of less than 10,000, based upon the latest decennial U.S. Census, or primarily serve rural residents.

BASIC ELIGIBILITY To qualify, applicants must:
