Regarding turn-around time. I typically call the client to set up the inspection within 24 hours of when your order is received. After the inspection, the URAR is usually complete within two days and a copy is faxed or e-mailed to you.

FHA APPROVAL

In November 1999, I applied to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to become an approved FHA appraiser and be placed on the Lender Selection Roster.

I was informed by mail, from Carol Nix, that I had been approved on December 18, 1998, to do FHA appraisals.

Since that time, I have taken the NAIFA’s course for FHA appraising and have passed the HUD required test.

On January 1, 2000 I was approved to perform reviews on FHA appraisals through PCVmurcor, which holds the review contract with HUD.

Lenders who wish to order FHA appraisals form me should use the initials IN (for Indiana) before my license number. My order number should be:
