The youth is an age group which is characterized by high need of peer socialization and the disruptions to it has led to tremendous stress and mental health issues among youth. There exists vast literature on the relationship between stress and immunity. These research articles show that stress can impact various aspects of immune function and, in this way, potentially modulate resistance to disease.?Often neglected in the discussion of resilience and immunity is that the relationship between stress and immunity which is not unidirectional as immune mediators can influence factors that contribute to resilience and stress outcomes.Potential Beneficiaries and StakeholdersThis project seeks to simultaneously address the need to deal with the greater stress that has been generated during COVID and need to develop greater immunity by building up individual resilience through ancient Indian practices of yoga and meditation among the youth population. The major beneficiary of this project is a vulnerable group in our society who are completely affected by the pandemic - the youth. We do believe that it will find a greater uptake among female youth as several barriers which female would have had to cross to access this kind of training has been reduced by the use of technology.?The stakeholders of this project include the multidisciplinary research team based out of University besides the multidisciplinary technology team who will develop the AI enabled app.?Inputs and activities, and what are the outputsThe app being developed will be a novelty as it integrates the measuring of resilience pre and post training, provision of training in ancient Indian practices of yoga and meditation as well as through chatbots which provide personalized resilience building options.?The inputs would be????????Tools for measurement of individual youth resilience????????Training modules in ancient Indian practice of yoga and meditation????????Personalized resilience building strategies? via chatbotsThe activities would be????????Checking validity of resilience scale????????Training modules delivery????????Building up the big data set to improve the AI enabled chatbot functionality enhancementOutputs????????User friendly app????????Individual Resilience score – before and after????????High uptake of the training moduleOur vision of success after 12 months????????App developed????????App Pilot tested????????Ready for release to marketHow will your solution reach the market place?????????Integrating app with appropriate playstore for greater reach????????Marketing to reach app to youth?12.What is ‘technological’ about your proposed solution and why might this be appropriate to the challenge areas?1000 character limitAI app will be developed?which will first measure the individual resilience of the?person via a questionnaire.
