Dose may be repeated at 1 min intervals until a cumulative dose of 1 mg has been given. Dose may be repeated after 20 minutes if re-sedation occurs, but no more than 1 mg should be given at one time. Do not exceed 3 mg in 1 hour. PEDIATRIC. IV: 0.01 mg/kg given IV over 15 seconds (up to 0.2 mg total dose). ................
