Purpose of the role

The purpose of the Report Planner role is to coordinate and prepare, in consultation with Personal Risk Advisers (PRAs) and Personal Insurance Advisers (PIAs), Statements of Advice (SOA) and Replacement Business Analysis (RB) and Comparisons for FMG’s Personal Insurance clients that meet our clients’ needs while not compromising our best practice, compliance and legislative requirement in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

|Compilation of reports |Receives, clarifies and queries (as required) relevant information from PRAs and PIAs relating to the |

| |client on appropriate documents (including Fact Find Needs Analysis and the Illustrations) |

| |Prepares reports utilising relevant SOA and Replacement Business Templates |

| |Analyses and interprets the current insurance schedule information against the potential new replacement|

| |insurance products; noting the client’s potential gains and losses replacing their existing business |

| |Ensures all information in the SOA is accurate and clearly presented in collaboration with all Personal |

| |Insurance team members |

| |Ensures SOAs are produced on time and to agreed service standards and submitted to PRAs and PIAs for |

| |review ahead of finalising |

|Compliance, Legislative and Risk |Identifies potential compliance, legislative and risk issues and escalates to Team Leader Report Planner|
