Management Discussion of Fund Performance Results of Operations:

Fidelity Premium Money Market Private Pool (Fund), Series B, returned 0.03%, after fees and expenses, for the six-month period ended December 31, 2020. The net returns of the other series of this Fund are similar to those of Series B, except for differences attributable to expense structures. Market overview: Over the review period, Canadian investment-grade bond prices edged higher and yields declined. The spread of COVID-19 and concern about its impact on the global economy resulted in demand for safe-haven assets to protect against the risk of faltering Canadian and global economic growth. Economic activity in Canada was supported by government programs that replaced incomes and subsidized wages. Household spending, goods consumption and housing market activity rebounded, largely reflecting pent-up demand. Exports, business confidence and investment continued to improve over the period, but remain below levels seen before the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020. Toward the end of the review period, renewed social restrictions intended to slow a resurgence in new COVID-19 infections contributed to market uncertainty. Factors affecting performance: During the review period, in response to the exceptionally low market interest rates available on the short-term fixed-income investments in which the Fund invests, Fidelity waived a portion of the management fees it normally would charge to ensure the Fund's investors continued to receive a positive yield. Fidelity expects the need for these fee waivers to be temporary and, depending on market conditions, may cease these waivers at any time without notice. Portfolio changes: At the end of the review period, exposure to commercial paper accounted for 12.9% of the Fund's holdings, bankers acceptances for 40.4%, Canadian provincial bonds for 2.1%, and reverse repurchase agreements for 44.2%. Portfolio manager Michael Widrig focused on what he believes are higher-quality issuers, while aiming to maintain a higher degree of liquidity in the Fund. Mr. Widrig also aimed to maintain flexibility in the portfolio amid market volatility by continuing to be diversified among different securities and issuers. Recent Developments As the trajectory of global rates of COVID-19 infection remains uncertain, and the timeframe and speed of governmental easing of social distancing measures and travel restrictions unclear, it is not possible to predict the further impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on global capital markets. The prospectus has been updated to include additional risk factor disclosure regarding the possible risks arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. Fidelity Premium Money Market Private Pool maintained its $10.00 security price during the review period. Portfolio manager Michael Widrig continues to seek high-quality issuers, and remains focused on maintaining a high degree of liquidity in the Fund. The money market portfolio management team is closely monitoring the credit market situation in both Canada and the U.S., with the intention of keeping the portfolio stable and secure. Related Party Transactions Manager and Portfolio Adviser The Fund is managed by Fidelity Investments Canada ULC (Fidelity). Fidelity is part of a broader collection of companies collectively known as Fidelity Investments.
