3. I understand that Fidelity will transmit funds from the requested transaction, but is NOT responsible if my bank doesn't make the funds available to me at that time because of bank policies, system problems, or other cause.

5. I understand that I may end this agreement by visiting NetBenefits? online, calling my plan's toll-free number, or writing to the company's service center (depending on my plan rules).

6. Direct deposit will begin after the requested transaction is processed if the account and bank routing numbers are valid.

7. I understand for direct deposit to checking and/or savings account(s) I must provide the correct account number and transit routing number for my bank account(s).

8. I understand that if my bank information is incorrect, Fidelity may correct that information using details supplied by the bank. I further understand that if my bank sends Fidelity Investments a correction or makes a change to my account, Fidelity will automatically update my account information to continue payments.

9. I understand that Fidelity will share some of my data with a third-party fraud prevention service to make sure I'm the owner of the bank account I want to link. I understand this data may include my bank account information, name, Social Security number, and date of birth. This information won't be used for any reason other than to protect my account and prevent fraud. If Fidelity can't validate my account, I'll be told that my request to link my bank account has failed. I'll also receive a statement of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
