Local Government Finance Director, Town of Wallace: The Town of Wallace seeks an experienced individual to serve as the Finance Director, performing professional and administrative work planning, organizing and directing the Town's financial activities including, but not limited to: supervision of utility accounts, tax collections, customer service, accounts payable/receivable and payroll; disbursement and accounting of municipal funds; preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports; works with staff and governing body in preparation and administration of operating and capital budgets; manages receipt and investment of all Town revenues; assist auditors during annual audit and preparation of financial statements; reports to the governing body regarding the financial condition of the Town and prepares budget amendments; assist with grant administration. Thorough knowledge of North Carolina General Statutes and ordinances governing municipal financial practices and procedures including municipal accounting and budgeting.

Department Business Manager, Wake County: Prepare Budget reporting for GSA Leadership Team including current budgets, expenditures and revenues, and end-of-year projections. Health Promotion & Policy Division Director, Chatham County: The Chatham County Public Health Department (CCPHD) seeks a forward-thinking and creative individual with a strong background in public health, health equity, systems thinking, strategic planning, community engagement, and teambuilding to lead its Health Promotion and Policy (HPP) team. CCPHD's mission is to build a healthy Chatham County through community partnerships and a commitment to equity, and the HPP Division Director plays an important role in carrying out this mission. The HPP Division Director sets the strategic direction, oversees the day-to-day operations, and manages the budget of the HPP Division. This position also supervises the division's staff, who work across a range

of focus areas under the umbrella of health promotion and policy, including: health equity, early childhood and adolescent health, community assessment and epidemiology, community engagement, coalition building (including the Chatham Health Alliance), health communications and marketing, faith-based health, tobacco cessation, reproductive health, and vital records.

Assistant Director Utility Billing, City of Raleigh: This class is the second level in a sixlevel Executive Series devoted to providing strategic direction and management oversight to City departments and functions as well as ensuring implementation of City Council goals, policies and achievement of performance expectations. Incumbents oversee a major division within a department and serve as a second or third level supervisor reporting directly to a department director. Incumbents make interpretive decisions on behalf of the organization regarding the means for executing the goals established by the relevant Director subject to constraints imposed by available technology and resources.

Deputy County Manager, Brunswick County: Under the direction of the County Manager, the Deputy County Manager for Public Services provides support and direction to Public Service departments or others as assigned by the County Manager. Work is primarily accomplished through department directors who manage operational details. Acts as liaison to the Tourism Development Authority. Duties include short and long range planning, establishing effective and efficient systems and policies, budgetary direction and guidance, long range and capital improvement planning, and working closely with the County Manager on major initiatives and priorities. Work is performed in accordance with established finance procedures, local ordinances, and the North Carolina Statutes. Employee must exercise initiative and independent judgment in ensuring proper administration of County programs. Employee must also exercise tact and courtesy in frequent contact with employees, elected officials and representatives of outside agencies and organizations.

Finance Director, City of Kannapolis: The Finance Director, as chief fiscal officer of the City, plans, installs and maintains a central accounting system, including pre-audit and other financial controls. This employee directs, supervises and coordinates the activities of the Accounting and Payroll functions. Ensures that all City revenues are collected and that all idle cash is invested. This employee advises department heads and the City Manager in the review of estimates and the preparation of the budget and assists in the development of short and long-term financial planning and analysis for the City. The Finance Director provides the City Manager with timely and informative financial reports and statements. This employee is responsible for debt management of the City including negotiation with banks for the borrowing of funds and the filing of necessary applications with the local government commission as well as the preparation of related resolutions and project ordinances for the City Council. The work of the Finance Director is reviewed through conferences with the City Manager and through independent post audits.

Public Works Director, Northampton County (Attached): The Northampton County Public Works Director organizes and directs the work of employees engaged in a wide

variety of public works operations and services. The employee provides technical advice and assistance to the County Manager and the Board in the provision of public works programs, and insures that modern, safe, effective and efficient practices are utilized by county work crews. Work also includes contract management, handling citizen issues, and budget and personnel administration of the department. The employee represents the County to a wide variety of citizens, developers, and contractors.

County Manager, Gates County: We are seeking an individual who can follow and maintain the guidelines set forth in North Carolina General Statute 153A-82. The position requires thorough knowledge of local government management and administration, economic development, budgets and grant writing as well a strong financial aptitude. The preferred candidate will have experience as county or municipal manager, assistant manager, planner, tax administrator or finance officer. A preferred candidate may also have an economic development or tourism background.

Human Services Deputy Director, Wilson County: Provides executive leadership to staff and oversight of programs within Wilson County Department of Social Services (WCDSS). Provides direct supervision to agency leadership within the Economic Assistance Section (Medicaid, SNAP, LIEAP, MA Transportation and Crisis intervention Programs) and the Child Support Section. Director of Industry and Foundation Relations for Pharmaceutical Sciences, UNC Chapel Hill: The Director of Industry and Foundation Relations for Pharmaceutical Sciences (the Director) is a key member of an energetic team that supports the mission and priorities of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy (the School). The Director's core responsibility is to plan, create, develop and facilitate innovative, productive and strategic relationships and partnerships between the School and/or the Eshelman Institute for Innovation (EII), and strategically targeted corporations, corporate foundations, foundations and industry organizations within the U.S. and internationally. The Director will execute partnership agreements and manage the School's ongoing relationships with these organizations, increase the total partnered-program portfolio for the School and work collaboratively with other University officials involved in commercialization and economic development.

Human Resources Consultant, City of Greensboro: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Safety and Worker's Compensation administrator and subject matter expert. The position will develop, maintain, and manage the City's safety and workers' compensation program. The position establishes standards and procedures for all matters relating to safety and workers' compensation. The position will coordinate with departments on safety policies and OSHA compliance. The position will also coordinate with the City's third party administrator (TPA) to ensure compliance with NC Workers Compensation Act, NC Industrial Commission Regulations, and City Policies.
