The Home Front Cares 719-434-1501 Helpline May provide one-time assistance to prevent homelessness, assistance with urgent utilities and

resource information to eligible participants. Works with military members, veterans, and their families that reside in the state of Colorado. To inquire about eligibility and additional program requirements call the Helpline and leave a

message with contact information. The Helpline with discuss program requirements, for an example a need to be involved with a

referring agency and must demonstrate ability to pay future rent or bills.
