DISCLOSURE STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL INTERESTS

Pursuant to Canon 6C. of the Alabama Canons of Judicial Ethics, a judge, at the time he or she takes the oath of office, shall file a Disclosure Statement of Financial Interests with the Clerk of the Alabama Supreme Court. Canon 6C. further provides that all judges shall file this form with the Clerk of the Supreme Court on or before the 30th day of March, 1976, and on or before the 30th day of April of each year thereafter. This Disclosure Statement of Financial Interests, which shall be sealed and kept confidential by the Clerk of the Supreme Court, must contain a list of all proprietorships, corporations, companies and/or partnerships in which the judge owns a financial interest. Additionally, the Disclosure Statement of Financial Interests must contain a list of all creditors to whom the judge owes money.
