SUMMARY
Researches and provides financial and business related analyses to assess the impact of various projects, systems and transactions to the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
? Supports the development of customer profit and loss (P&L) reporting which enables investment decision making.
? Addresses key business issues utilizing multiple sources of data. ? Executes established processes for financial planning. ? Generates monthly comparison reports such as overhead budget information,
distribution and depletion reports. ? Supports the adoption of finance principles throughout the organization. ? Researches and analyzes industry trends and market performance to identify business
opportunities. ? Provides a detail work-plan and schedule; supports detailed analysis and research. ? Identifies finance options; prepares reports for management review and recommends
action or change for assigned projects. ? Prepares forecasts and trend documents. ? Works cross-functionally to support the delivery of the sales and customer OGSMs,
embedding initiatives required in supporting functions. ? Participates in the annual financial planning process. ? Provides analysis of ROI and profitability for business initiatives. ? Conducts special financial and business related studies as requested. ? Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness. ? Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Accounting or Finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility

OR ? Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of Gallo Accounting or Finance experience. ? Skilled in the use of MS Excel at an intermediate level.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an Accounting or Finance concentration plus 4 years of Accounting or Finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
? Master of Business Administration degree. ? Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level. ? Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting common scientific and technical
journals, financial reports and legal documents. ? Experience effectively presenting information to top management, public groups and
boards of directors. ? Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid
conclusions. ? Experience interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical
or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables. ? Experience completing assignments that broad in nature, usually requiring originality
and ingenuity.
