Colleen is a senior consultant and executive coach with Loyalist Training and Knowledge Centre and Partner in The T-R Group Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in advancing the human side of business. Colleen works with leaders and their organizations to improve the way they learn, work, and communicate. Colleen’s is known for her ability to listen and ask great questions so that individuals become more engaged and organizations can solve more complex problems.

She is an accomplished facilitator and executive coach. For more than 15 years, she has worked with senior leaders, in a variety of business sectors, including manufacturing, government, education, health care, retail, financial services and professional services. Colleen has facilitated a wide variety of programs including: conflict management, communication skills, technical writing, business writing, presentation skills, change, leadership and business coaching. Additionally, she has provided Facilitation and one-to-one coaching services as part of many Leadership Development programs. Loyalist College- Bridges to Leadership” from Potential to Performance”

Before working in the consulting industry, Colleen held senior level management positions in marketing, sales, learning and development and human resources. She is results-driven and has a passion for helping individuals and organizations become the best they can be. Colleen was responsible for the development and rollout of a variety of regional and national leadership initiatives that led to increased impact and profitability.

Colleen is an Adler Trained Coach with a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education, a Marketing Diploma and Certificates in Staff Training and Development and Human Resources. She holds a CTDP from the Canadian Society for Training and Development, a PCC from the International Coach Federation and a CCMC from Career Coach Academy. Colleen has completed the Organizational and Relationship Coaching program from the Center for Right Relationship and recently, the Action Learning Coaching program from the Word Institute for Action Learning.
