Step 2: Select your plan and location

Step 3: Type "PCP" and select "All PCPs"

Step 4: Filter by `Primary Care Physician'

Step 5: Find a PCP that meets your needs

Step 6: Find your provider's National Provider ID (NPI)

If you are designating PCP(s) via Workterra, the State's online enrollment system, you will need to obtain their 10-digit National Provider Identifier (NPI).

On the provider results page (see Step 5), click on the provider's name. The NPI is listed at the bottom of the page on the left-hand side.
