Sports Pass Registration Texas A&M students can register for a sports pass online at students during designated times. A sports pass is $325, and the cost is billed to student fee statements passes added prior to July 31 will be billed on fall fee statements released in August by the university.

NOTE: Aggie and Hullaballoo Band members, student-athletes, managers and trainers should not register for a Sports Pass.

A student sports pass includes the opportunity to pull a student ticket for all home football games and the option to attend all other sports based on availability in general admission seating. Those sports include: Soccer, Volleyball, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Indoor Track, Outdoor Track, Baseball, and Softball. This is more than 130 events each year!

Please note: Entry to NCAA Postseason and High School events hosted by Texas A&M are not included with a sports pass purchase.

Sports Cards Students who purchase a sports pass receive a sports card that is valid throughout their time at Texas A&M if it is renewed each year. Sports cards are distributed at the Ticket Center located at the north end of Kyle Field in the summer and fall for new students. Sports cards are used for football ticket pull only. Students must present their valid Texas A&M Student ID for admission into all ticketed events including football.

Football Ticket Information Students who purchase a sports pass will present their sports card at the Student Ticket Windows on their assigned Pull Day to receive a reserved student ticket. At the same time, students may have the option to purchase one (1) guest ticket at full price, if available.

One student can pick up to a maximum of 10 tickets, including guests by presenting sports passes from other students. A Sports Pass is needed for each student ticket requested. At least half of the total tickets requested must be covered by sports cards of that day's academic classification or higher. The remaining half may be of a lower classification or guest tickets. A guest ticket is treated as an underclassman ticket.

To pull tickets, a student must present his/her own student ID, along with valid sports cards. The student ID is scanned, and that student is recorded as the holder of the sports cards and recipient of the tickets.

Guest tickets are for persons who wish to stand in the student sections. Guest tickets may be obtained one of two ways: 1) buying a FULL PRICE guest ticket (which includes a label), or 2) converting a student ticket by purchasing a guest label (which is half the price of a guest ticket). Availability of guest tickets varies for each game. Student tickets may be converted to guest tickets at any time during the week (including on game day). Ticket and

payment must be presented together at the time of conversion.

Football Ticket Allocation Students can choose a deck (1st, 2nd or 3rd) at ticket pull. Seats are then selected randomly from remaining inventory.

Once tickets have been drawn, no exchanges are allowed. All tickets are final. You may not exchange tickets for more seats together if your group request changes.

Football Ticket Pull Ticket Pull begins the Monday morning of each home game week. *LSU pull will be the week prior (Nov. 16-20) to facilitate a complete week pull. Texas A&M Students with a valid sports pass will pull tickets according to academic classification.

Classification is based on number of hours completed or years completed at Texas A&M, whichever gives the highest priority.

Students with a sports pass are guaranteed to receive a ticket until the conclusion of Freshman Day during a home game pull.

Students without a sports pass (known as Student Walk-up) may purchase a ticket on Friday or gameday, if available, by presenting their student ID at the ticket window. Walk-up tickets, when available, cost approximately half the face value of student guest tickets.

Sports passes are valid for currently enrolled, registered students at Texas A&M only.

Refunds

Refunds are only available to students who do not enroll or

who withdraw from the University before the football season

concludes. If you register for a sports pass and do not enroll at

Texas A&M or you withdraw from the University, you must

submit

a

refund

request

email

to

tickets@. Sports passes are not

automatically removed upon withdrawal. This includes students

who have not yet picked up their sports card. The deadline to

request a refund is prior to the last home football game.

Sports Pass: If a student withdraws from the university during the fall semester, a prorated refund based on the refund request date, withdrawal date and the remaining games' ticket prices will determine the refund amount.

Since the Redevelopment of Kyle Field in 2015, the full cost of a sports pass has been appropriated to football, and entry into other home sporting events on a first-come, first-serve basis is included as a benefit to all sports pass holders. Students who withdraw or graduate after the football season is completed are not eligible for refunds.

Resale of student tickets/sports passes for profit is prohibited. Student sports passes are heavily subsidized by season ticket holders. Former Students and Aggie fans have long been committed to maintaining the quality and size of the student allotment at Kyle Field. In return, Texas A&M students-the 12th Man-are expected to honor this commitment by not reselling for profit their student tickets. These tickets home and away, are for student use ONLY. Texas A&M students are prohibited from reselling sports passes/student tickets (home or road) for profit. Students found to be in violation of this policy will be penalized. Penalties include the cancellation of sports pass, cancellation of tickets already pulled, and the loss of sports pass privileges for the duration of their Texas A&M career.
