If the POA expires and the vehicle has not been disposed of, the POA holder is responsible for the disposal of the vehicle and will not be able to PCS until the vehicle has cleared the POA holders name.** The POA is only viable for 120 days after the effective date of PCS or the length of coverage on your JCI and Liability Insurance, whichever date comes first.
