FAIRMOUNT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ~ SUPPLY LIST 2019-2020

Below, you will find a list of supplies for your child's grade level. Please make an effort to obtain these supplies for the first day of school. It would be great to bring the supplies on Meet the Teacher Night. Thank you!

~~~~~~~ Each student will receive a Fairmount T-shirt to wear on Spirit Days and Field Trips. The cost of the T-shirt is $5.00.

Payment can be made on Meet the Teacher Night at the PTO table. ~~~~~~~

Your child's teacher may request additional items needed for the school year. Gr 2 thru Gr 5 - Please label all of your child's supplies.

KINDERGARTEN

4 Boxes of crayons, 24 count (please no twistable crayons)

1 Package glue sticks (6-10 glue sticks) 24 #2 pencils - sharpened

(please no plastic wrapped, or mechanical) 1 Pair of scissors (child sized) 1 Composition notebook 2 Boxes of tissues 1 Box of washable markers (8-12 count)

(please no thin line, bold or neon colors) 1 Set of headphones

(no ear buds or ones with metal headband) 1 1-inch binder with inside pocket 4 Black dry erase markers 2 Yellow highlighters 1 Package 3x3 square sticky notes 4 Standard size pink erasers 2 Plastic 3-prong folders (1 blue, 1 red) 1 Roll paper towels 1 Backpack with zipper (standard size, no smaller)

Boys: 1 Box quart size storage bags Girls: 1 Box gallon size storage bags No pencil sharpeners please ** Most supplies are shared by the class: Please only write your child's name on scissors, backpack and headphones.

FIRST GRADE

(no more than 12 count) 4 Black dry erase markers 1 Pair of headphones (please no earbuds) 1 Book bag or backpack (please no book bag with

wheels) 1 Pair of scissors (5" child size) Items do not need to be labeled.

SECOND GRADE
