Listed monthly prices do not include Digital Adapter or Set Top Box fees. 2If service is cancelled within the first 12 months, router must be returned or $99.99 equipment fee applies. 3 FiOS TV Premier requires a Set Top Box and Router for access and includes all FiOS TV Local channels, additional all-digital programming, digital music channels, widgets, and access to Pay Per View and Video On Demand.
