This letter is to notify you that AimBank was recently merged into FirstBank & Trust. FirstBank & Trust D/B/A PrimeWest Mortgage is pleased to inform you that effective December 4, 2020 we began servicing your mortgage loan. Servicing is simply the right to collect loan payments from you as well as pay taxes and insurance through an escrow account and handle insurance claims payments. The transfer of servicing does not affect the terms or conditions of your mortgage documents. The loan is being transferred from AimBank, effective December 4, 2020.

Please Note: The location to which you send your payments has changed. Please send your mortgage payments to PO Box 6007, Lubbock TX 79493.

Under our policy we do not accept any partial payments.

Important note about insurance: If you have mortgage life or disability insurance or any other type of optional insurance, the transfer of servicing rights may not affect your insurance because we have not serviced mortgage life or disability premiums. However, if you wish to retain optional insurance, we would suggest that you contact your current optional product service provider or your lender.
