From the Chair & President
Chair: Denise Davis, TWFG Insurance Services, 832.559.1595
It is an honor and a privilege to be selected as the Chairman of the Board for the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce for 2017. I grew up in a small town and wanted to move my family and my business to a place that evoked those same feelings. The history of our town, defined through our character and values, makes this a place for families and businesses to prosper. We have a dynamic group of members who are focused on growing their businesses and doing so cooperatively through the Chamber.
We recently finished a two year long process of seeking to be accredited through the US Chamber of Commerce. We fine-tuned the excellent programs we had and put new systems in place to help our chamber and its members prosper. This process cumulated in our being awarded with 3 stars, one of 33 accredited chambers in the state of Texas.
In 2017, our staff and volunteers are focused on getting the word out about our phenomenal chamber. We are focusing in on our member benefits to provide quality networking and education opportunities. Our chamber has a growing presence and influence in our local and state governments. Look through these pages and see all the hard work that is occurring for your business. Who do you know that needs to be part of our Tomball success? Send them to us today!
President: Bruce Hillegeist, 281.351.7222
This Program of Work outlines the specific Chamber activities planned for 2017. It is a consensus of the Board of Directors and the result of careful consideration of the area's future and needs to ensure continued quality of life and a sound economy while helping to facilitate the growth of our region.
People join Chambers for different reasons. Whatever your reason and whatever your interests, the Chamber thanks you for your continued participation. With our mutual vision for the future of the greater Tomball area it is so true, we are better together!
