11:00 Visit the following Service desks in the venue: Signing of Confirmation of Exchange (for exchange students only) Ask your University to provide you with this paper before your arrival! The students will be divided into group and guided to Orakel IT Help Desk on campus by the volunteers Ad Hoc Desk

This desk will deal with emergencies, such as technical problems relating to registration, admission Hege Widnes Signing up for trip to Gr?tfjord Line Vr?berg and Jill Inger Larsen. Pay the NOK 100 participation fee, sign up and get more information in front of auditorium.

12:00 Light Lunch Volunteers will guide new students to the meal serving tables. People with food allergies and specific dietary requirements will proceed first to assure they get the right meal, followed by the rest of students.
