will enable low to moderate--income individuals or families to

own their own home--the City of Killeen First Time Homebuyer

Assistance Program (HAP).

Key Program Requirements:

Legal Resident/Citizen of the U.S. First Time Homebuyer within the last 3 years Attend Homebuyer Education classes and housing counseling Be income eligible Able to obtain a mortgage loan Occupy home for 5 years as a primary residence Purchase home within City limits of Killeen
