Any amendment to the plan has to be reported to the Administration. Substantial amendments according to section 9.4 No. 1-3,5 and 14 ISPS/A have to be approved by the Administration. Following the approval, the amendment sheet, addressing the revised sections, has to be signed by the SSO and inserted into the plan after the approval page.
