2. On main page, click on ON-LINE SERVICES
3. Next page click on LOGIN
4. Next page enter USERNAME- social security number
5. Enter password- If you have never accessed the site before- the password is your month and year of birth (MMYYYY), then once you enter, a screen will come up for you to change your password.
