Provides jobs and opportunities to adults with intellectual disabilities. Individuals learn job skills that prepare them for the responsibilities they would face in an outside workplace. While training on the job, each individual earns a paycheck that provides them with needed income as they reach their full potential. Carefully supervised and thoroughly trained, these employees participate in activities that match their individual skill set.
