For the 2018-2019 fiscal year, we intend to incorporate by reference in Senate Proposed Bill 2502, the document titled "Medicaid Hospital Funding Program," dated January 26, 2018.

The purpose of the document is to display the calculations used by the Legislature, consistent with the requirements of Florida Statutes, in making appropriations for the Medicaid Hospital Funding Program.

The document will be made available as a PDF file that can be searched by anyone interested in the calculations and parameters used by the Legislature to make appropriations for the Medicaid Hospital Funding Program.

A hard copy of the document is attached to this memorandum to formalize the exact document that is incorporated by reference in Senate Proposed Bill 2502.
