Enrolling providers are highly encouraged to access the Interactive Enrollment Checklist tool found on the Provider Enrollment page before starting their application. To access the Interactive Enrollment Checklist, visit mymedicaid-. From the homepage, hover over the Provider Services tab, and click Enrollment. Once at the Provider Enrollment page, look under the New Medicaid Providers section, and click Interactive Enrollment Checklist.
