Q: What days is KW open and what are the hours of operation?

A: Monday through Friday: 9AM to 5PM; Saturday: 9AM to 3PM and Sunday: 10AM to 1PM.

Note: All agents are provided a personal set of keys and have 24-hour access to the office.

Q: Who are the owners?

A: Keller Williams is a national franchise independently owned and operated. The owners of Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties are Vladimir F. Golik and Louis Erice. Both have been Realtors in South Florida with a combined 45 years of real estate experience. Vladimir and Louis work daily from the Market Center and are fully committed to helping each agent partner reach their financial goals. At our company, personal profitability education and self-mastery are achieved as a team.

Q: What tools are available to help you succeed and run your business?

A: KW offers each agent a personal state-of-the-art Web site to assist with the online marketing of services and properties. In addition, we offer courses on the various KW tools and other real estate related material to help you run your business and succeed in any market (See Pro-Realtor Advantage, Attached).

Q: Does Keller Williams assist in generating new customer leads?

A: Yes! We teach lead generation and MREA (Millionaire Real Estate Agent) systems to ensure you will always have an abundance of buyers and sellers to grow your business. In addition, the Market Center receives leads throughout the country from other Keller William’s agents. We also have a referral company, Premier Properties National Referral, LLC, which also generates customer leads. All leads received from these outside sources are distributed via a rotating system.

Q: Does Keller Williams sell commercial and investment properties?

A: Absolutely! We have a Commercial Division headed by Paul White, who is recognized throughout the real estate industry as a renowned educator and practitioner. Paul holds the prominent designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CPM (Certified Property Manager), CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) and RPA (Real Property Manager). Q: Does Keller Williams offer training and advanced educational programs?

A: KW has distinguished itself in the Real Estate industry as the company with the finest and most complete educational courses. We offer daily classes at our market center. In addition, we have specialized regional classes and Keller Williams certified courses. Keller Williams University offers a full curriculum including KW Connect; classes on-demand via the internet (24/7).

Q: What is my compensation?

A: Starting commission splits are 70% or 80% and determined by your GCI (Gross Commission Income) for the previous 12 months or your highest grossing year. All agents can reach a 100% split for their anniversary period once they reach the company cap (limit) of $25,000 ($3,000 to Keller Williams International for the franchise fee and $22,000 to the Market Center). We also have promotions and cap reductions for referring new agents into the company. These additional benefits allow you to reach your 100% split quicker.

Q: How does the Keller Williams Profit Sharing model work?

A: All agents and employees have the opportunity to share in the profit of the company. Agents that help grow the Market Center(s) and sponsor agents (refer agents to KW) qualify for monthly profit distributions. This unique feature allows you a genuine opportunity to build residual income now, and income that can continue long after you stop listing and selling real estate.

Q: Does Keller Williams provide desk and/or offices suites?

A: Yes, we have a professionally designed facility with comfortable desk and private offices (suites), including three conference rooms, a designated training center and an IT facility. Agents choosing to work from the Market Center will pay a minimal shared cost fee. For additional information please refer to our “Shared Operating Cost” details.

Q: Does Keller Williams charge a processing fee?

A: No, however you have the option to charge and collect this fee as additional revenue. This can add up to thousands of dollars in extra income per year.

Q: Does Keller Williams offer Health Insurance?

A: Yes, Keller Williams offers a group health insurance through HM Insurance Group, a subsidiary of Highmark Inc. a Blue Cross Company. This “A” rated provider offers very low attractive rates. You may enroll during the first 30 days after joining the company or during the next “open enrollment” dates.

Q: What happens if I buy or sell property(s) for myself?

A: Great! We believe in building wealth through owning and investing in real estate. You keep 100% of the commission less the KW royalty on the purchase or sale of your personal residence. For any other personal transactions, you only pay a $500 administrative fee plus royalty, unless you capped.

Q: Can I maintain or acquire a mortgage broker license?

A: Yes. You may maintain your mortgage broker license with your company of choice; however we do have an affiliation with All In One Mortgage Lenders. Add an additional revenue stream to your business by being a loan officer or mortgage broker.

Q: Can I work with short sales and foreclosures?

A: Absolutely! To help you operate short sales and foreclosures smoothly and to help increase your closing ratio, we have obtained an affiliation with attorney Robert Fein (The Title Wave, Inc.). Mr. Fein has over 25 years experience with real estate closings. His team can handle all your short sale and foreclosure mitigations.

Q: Does Keller Williams sell and market foreclosures?

A: Yes! We have several agents and teams who specialize in foreclosure listings (REO Inventory) by maintaining long term relationships with major lenders and asset managers. Our listing inventory is in the hundreds and all of our agents may market, promote and hold open these listings to sell and generate leads.

Q: Will Keller Williams hire any individual with a real estate license?

A: We are selective in our search for agent partners. To be considered as an agent partner that person must share our high standards and integrity, possess drive and energy and to be a team-oriented player. In addition the agent needs to be full time – 100% dedicated to our company and their clients.

Q: What must I do to become a part of Keller Williams Realty?

A: You must first have a confidential interview with our Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader. If we mutually agree that our philosophies, standards and goals are compatible, then working together will be both a privilege and a pleasure. Once invited to become a business partner you will complete a “start-up package.” We immediately activate your license (both with the local Board and the DBPR) and you will receive business cards in your hands the same day!
