1. BI Team ? OBPA request a statue on the BOBJ training and Job Aid?

a. Tiffany will notify agencies of the BOBJ training and the Job Aid was

completed on yesterday, July 24, 2019.

b. DTB will provide agencies with copies of the Unliquidated Obligation Detail

Quick Guide and HANA ULO Data Dictionary.

2. Security ? Nothing to report. No questions.

3. Open Discussion ? TOMB reported there will be a brief interruption to all FMS systems beginning at

6:00 p.m. CT to approximately 9:00 p.m. CT. The FMMI operations and maintenance Quality Assurance (QA) system is being upgraded to SAP Enhancement Pack 8. In preparation for the upgrade, we have temporarily moved QA testing to a new system. The new FMMI portal link for QA is . Please let us know if you encounter any issues.
