Assist with briefing the Customer Services team on upcoming marketing activities.Training ManagerProvide support to development of training materialsFinancial Responsibilities:+Controls a budgetNo+Maximum that may be spent without reference to manager$500+Jobholder can spend unbudgeted capital No$0+Jobholder is responsible for committing the organisation to long-term contractsNo+Jobholder signs correspondence for Company NoKey Results AreaThe position of Marketing Coordinator encompasses the following major functions or Key Result Areas:Support for marketing including eDM management, website content management system support, creation of ad hoc marketing materials, sales promotions, event coordination and social media assistance. Timely management of inbound lead opportunities, following up with dealers to ensure leads are being followed up and to understand the end status and outcome of lead management.Timely delivery of training material to support training programme. Job holder is accountable for:Job holder is successful when:Support for marketing including:+ Managing eDM activity – creating, conducting staff tests and dispatching of emails. Sharing of eDM results.+ Creating and ongoing maintenance of website pages. This also includes development of URL’s for sales promotions. + Development of marketing collateral including digital assets, sales promotional materials, updating of brochures and creation of videos. + Co-ordinating with merchants to establish their annual sales promotions. Developing promotional collateral in-house or briefing into a creative agency. + Assisting and organising events. + Social media development and community monitoring +eDMs are produced in a timely manner and sent to the correct audience. +Website updates are made in a timely manner and are accurate. +Marketing collateral is developed in conjunction with marketing team and meets brief. +Merchant sales promotions are developed to meet deadlines and deliver a positive ROI for both Rinnai and merchant ++All logistics, collateral, stand set up & display units are planned and delivered on time. Social media calendar developed each quarter and scheduled in advance. Social media queries are followed up quickly. Timely management of inbound lead opportunities. + In conjunction with the Customer services team, manage leads from the CRM system on a regular basis. This includes ensuring the accuracy of leads, qualifying leads, assigning of leads to dealers, monitoring of leads and reporting on lead success rates.+ Following up customers (both end consumers and dealers) directly as needed.+ Outbound calls to qualify leads.+ Regular updating and communication of leads.+ Input into lead generation activities. Ensure leads are followed up in a prompt mannerAs required, leads are followed up directly with dealers. Lead tracking reports are developed and distributed in a timely manner. Improvements for CRM and to lead management process are identified and communicated. Provide support to development of training material Timelines are met. Instructional material is fit for purpose.
