If you have any questions, contact Al.We currently have 57 paid families in our club!!Extra Newsworthy News Annual Catered PicnicSunday, August 6th – at the Veterans Park in Coopersville Well we ended up having nice weather for the picnic. We had good fellowship and plenty of food. There were 40 adults and 2 children attending this year. The Wallers won the 50-50 of $70.00 and donated $20 dollars back to the club. Thank you to those who helped with setup and bingo. Hope to see you all there again next year. I also wish to thank Bonnie for all the years she and John ran the picnic. Join over 300,000 attendees and 15,000 unique vehicles for this great event. Lots of cars, activities and family fun. Visit for more information. The GRACC will be gathering to participate in the Metro Cruise at the Christian Reformed Church building on the corner of Kalamazoo and 28th St. The gathering will begin at 10am. The picnic lunch will be at noon.Items needed and/or to bring: lawn chairs, a dish to pass, your beverages and coolers. The club will supply hot dogs and hamburgers, the buns, condiments, paper plates and plastic ware. A ‘donation can’ will be set out to offset the cost. It is important to know how many are coming for lunch. Garlic Powder? tsp ground black pepperSalt to tasteMelt butter in a med. Non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in Parmesan & pepper. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce will thicken rapidly, thein with milk if cooked too long. Toss with hot pasta to serve. Note. Grill chicken in a fry pan, when almost done, add in broccoli, cook until desired tenderness, then add in sauce and pasta.Marinated Cherry Tomato Salad4 cups cherry tomatoes – halved1 tsp dried basil? cup vegetable oil1 tsp. dried oregano3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar? tsp salt1 tsp. dried parsley1 ? tsp white sugarIn small bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, herbs, salt & sugar. Blend well. Pour dressing over tomatoes in serving dish & gently stir to coat. Chill for at least 2 hours, gently stir from bottom to top, coating all tomatoes before serving. Note: good on fresh greensCream Cheese Peanut Butter Pie4 oz cream cheese – softened? cup milk1 cup powdered sugar1 (8 oz) frozen whipped topping – thawed1/3 cup peanut butter1 (9 oz) cracker crumb crustChocolate-flavor syrup for decoratingIn large bowl, beat cream cheese & powdered sugar with mixer on med speed until smooth. Add peanut butter & milk, beat again until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon & spread filling crust. Top with lines or swirls of chocolate syrup. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. ................
