o Understand the updated Personalized Incentive Engine (PIE) Smart VINCENT integration on the quote

o Know what your dealership needs in order to use the Smart VINCENT incentive integration

o Find and apply offers, rebates and incentives

o Change your default credit tier in the quote

What is the Smart VINCENT incentive integration and why should I use it?

o The update includes Smart VINCENT programs and more specific data to pull rates, rebates and incentives.

o With the new Smart VINCENT integration, you can save time when you quote a customer.

o For example, before the update, you couldn't see if a customer had a private offer. Now, you can see if a customer has any private offer they can use through the Desking quote via the Offers or Rebate button.

o As a best practice when you use this feature, print a Smart VINCENT document and include it in your deal package for sold vehicles. You can do this through the Smart VINCENT link on the quote.

What is needed to use it?

There are a few items that need to be set up for your dealership and provided on the customer's Opportunity Details page. They are:

o The new integration must be turned on for your dealership and the old integration must be turned off

o Ford Motor Credit/Lincoln Financial Services lien sources and credit tiers must be set up for your dealership in Desking Setup

o Your dealership must be using the latest DeskingOne tool, not the legacy Desking tool

o The customer's Opportunity Details page must have a full physical street address

o The selected vehicle on the customer's opportunity must be new and in inventory

Find and apply offers, rebates and incentives

o When you are working a new car deal with a customer, from the CRM Desking quote you can quickly and efficiently find and apply offers, rebates and incentives to the deal.

You won't have to take the time to leave CRM Desking tool, go to Smart VINCENT to look at the information, then come back to the CRM Desking tool to manually type all the information into the quote.

o All the offers, rebates and incentives are in one location.

o The selected offers, rebates and incentives display within the quote to provide an accurate calculation on the quote, as well as on the worksheets.

Go to customer's Opportunity Details page

1 From the Desk Log, find your customer.

2 Click the customer's name.

Get a complete street address

o Some of the new requirements are a full physical address for the customer because some offers are household offers. Make sure the customer has a complete, physical street address because private offers apply to their household.

o For example, if the wife has a private offer and her husband or child goes to purchase a vehicle, they can use her offer since they also live at the same address.

o If there isn't a complete address, incentives are not available.
