Rebate Rules

Qualified independent repair facilities (IRFs) that have registered with the Professional Service Network by 03/31/21 are entitled to the rebates indicated on this form. Visit for a list of qualifying parts. Rebate must be claimed by an IRF. Product must be purchased from a Ford or Lincoln Dealership or a Ford Authorized Distributor. All Ford and Lincoln Dealers and employees are ineligible. Purchase invoice date and sale date must fall within program period of 01/1/21 to 03/31/21 to be eligible for the rebate. Retain a copy of rebate and original invoice for your records in the event backup documentation is requested. PSN Award and Rebate Card will be issued within 2-4 weeks from claiming of rebate within PSN. Award Cards will be issued in the business name. Rebate void if purchased, sold, or bartered for cash or altered in any way. Returns of eligible parts will be tracked and monitored for reconciliation at the end of a given rebate period.
